When I noticed at 11:30 that there was still no progress as far as preparation or ready for pick up, I called the pizza place and they had no knowledge of the order. When I tried to call WeDeliverEats, no one answered. After 10 attempts of trying to contact via phone and email, I got a text at 11:50a that the order had to be canceled. Now we're food less for the party.

I'm calling the credit card company to not allow payment to them. It's extra unfortunate because I was having food delivered to my friend, and her family who's husband (and father respectively) is dying. Even though it had six good-sized bites of chicken, the bowl was mostly rice with a weird, slimy cheese sauce. Worse, their Philly style beef tasted like cardboard and made me sick. I've tried, without success, to contact customer service. They are so busy that the chat freezes up, and their phone service puts me on hold until I give up and hang up. I guess I am not the only one facing problems with the food. I never have a problem with the driver, but every third order is short because they run out of the asparagus or some other product that I ordered online. I am done with Schwan's. They are not the same company, and it is not the same food.
