The server told us that they have been open since about 2011 and they used to only have traditional Sichuan food. Their primary customer base was international students who wanted authentic Chinese food like they had at home. But after Covid there were few international students from China in town and their business was struggling, so they expanded the menu to appeal to American tastes. As a result, the menu is huge! And you can choose between authentic Chinese or American style. We tried 2 dishes and enjoyed them both. We will definitely return and try some others.
