But the service was so abysmal, it ruined the experience completely. I would have left and gone home, but I was on vacation and staying at a hotel. The man that was managing the front of the restaurant did offer 20% off and gave my kids free mango lassies although he definitely was more annoyed at us than appoligetic. He even accused us of arriving later than when we arrived. (The waitstaff did apologize even though it was not their fault). This was the first time in my life, I have ever left less than a 15% tip in the US. I was originally going to leave nothing, but I felt bad for the waiters that did nothing wrong.
