We ordered drinks, but they did not bring them ahead of the meal, and we had to ask for them after our meals were brought. No refills were ever offered, maybe they don't do refills there? There were no paper towels in the bathroom. We mentioned it to the girl that seated us, but when we were leaving, out the back way, we saw that there still were no paper towels in that same bathroom. We are not from Brigham City, so we don't know if the cafe has new owners etc. but we have heard the business had been sold so perhaps these owners are new and just getting their feet under them. We thought they might give us a slight discount for having no rolls, as this is a major reason people go there,but none was offered.
