Adam and I met Jaime at a bridal conference and we told him of our vision, and we immediately hit it off with him. Jaime was so accommodating of our schedules, and would often drive to us for meet ups and discussions, and he allowed us to have calls in the evenings after we got off work. He was flexible and very thoughtful of our needs. We purchased the full service planning package, and Jaime was with me through all the challenges of trying to plan a wedding during covid. He would give me vendor recommendations, and when anyone would back out (due to unforeseen issues with covid and family, etc...), he would do everything to get me replacement vendors and get my deposits back. He was ON it and always had my back!!! I certainly felt like Jaime cared about us. He was super responsive to every email/text/question I sent his way, and he would often send us little reminder of things to consider/complete. It was very appreciated. On top of all that.... JAIME SAVED THE WEDDING A BILLION TIMES OVER!!! * The manzanita tree renter we were going to use ended up closing due to covid, so we had to find a new supplier and actually BUY the trees. * We didn't know what to do with the trees after the wedding ended and we had to get them out of the venue by 1am. Jaime asked his florist supplier, and she agreed to take them, and have them out by 1am! He totally saved us from having to figure out what to do with them! * We found a manzanita tree supplier who we purchased 18 - 3 feet trees from, delivered them them day before, but they were the wrong size! They were 1 to 1.5 feet! Which is NOT what we paid extra for! And not the statement centerpieces we expected. I immediately started panicking! My fiance just left because he hates confrontation and didn't know what to do, and I literally just felt trapped, alone, and confused in how to address the situation. Except that I was not alone. Jaime came to my rescue! He totally backed me up and wanted the supplier to provide answers as to why the trees were not what was agreed on in our contract. In the end, she just left saying she could not fix them and we could discuss with her later. But Jaime did not leave me with those small pathetic trees. He instantly jumped on his phone and contacted local suppliers. He then pulled an all-nighter to spray paint new trees he procured, and built them into the center piece boxes. And he did it all at his house! * On top of Jaime working on the trees ALL night, he was calm, cool, and collected the next day and did everything to make our wedding beautiful! He was a calming presence and never seemed to appear stressed or bothered with all the questions thrown at him. He was amazing!! * Jaime is also an interior visionary, and when my grandmother asked for a gift she made us to be presented at the wedding, he did a beautiful job of tying it into our decor! He also had to re-situate the layout to accommodate our photo booth vendor, and he did a fantastic job of the overall setup! Jaime and his team were absolutely brilliant! I am beyond blessed/grateful for all their hard work and love that they gave our event. So many issues came up that were out of our control (and nothing that Jaime or his team did) but his team ALWAYS jumped on getting them resolved/fixed! I had no idea until after the wedding of anything of these issues! That's how amazing they were!! ALSO.... Jaime took pictures of so many parts of the sent up that I did not get to see and sent them to me so I could have them and see everything pristine before the guests arrived. I thought it was a very thoughtful gesture! Jaime... THANK YOU for all you did for us. I know it was an insane day, but you were a HERO and did everything to not make it feel insane! She's also vegan so it puts me at ease that she knows what she's doing and I'll never have to worry about cross contamination or anything like that. Her pricing is not bad either. For what you get it's actually amazing. She can veganize any recipe you ask her to. Des is a very nice lady and super clean. I trust her in my home and I would recommend her to anyone. The next day everyone was talking about the photo booth and how much fun they had! Mr. Arauz arrived prompt and early to set up. He even stayed until the party was over, because everyone was having so much fun. I set up an appointment a few days before and we discussed the location,background and props for the photo booth. mr. Arauz gives you awesome memorabilia afterwards! He will give all the guest a Photo Booth picture with a picture of them and a picture of your Quinceanera or of the bride and groom, whatever your celebrating, at the bottom of the strip. Plus he will create a scrap book with another copy of that same picture with a little personalized message from the guest. After the Quinceanera, Mr. Arauz took the scrap book home, and created an awesome looking scrap book and delivered it to us along with a usb drive with all of our pictures. Mr. Arauz also posted all of the pictures on looneyphotobooths.com so that the guest could check out the pictures online. I highly recommend Looney Photo Booth! They were professional, flexible and attentive to all out request and overall patient with the little ones that want to go in the photo booth over and over. The guests were able to leave a great momento for the host, filled with fun photos and handwritten messages. For one, I'm a project manager, so I was fairly confident in my abilities to manage this epic project, but needed someone to help me with the unknowns along the way & bring my vision to life on the big day. I remember sifting through dozens of Google search results trying to find someone who fit the bill, and I was frustrated that most planners seemed unauthentic, overpriced, and so 'not us'. Then I stumbled on Thomas and he was the opposite in the best way. I could tell he knew weddings intimately, he was passionate about event planning, and his pricing was actually listed on his website. One quick call to seal the deal & we knew he was our guy! Throughout the process, Thomas guided us on the best and most efficient way to do things. He shared what has & hasn't worked at past weddings, made sure we were getting through all the fundamental contracts at the right times, and checked in on us when we felt like our to-do lists were never going to end. I'm so happy to say that we can look back at our wedding and just remember how thankful we are that we did so. A little info about me... I am an OCD perfectionist type of person, and when it came to planning our wedding- I would be stressed out about every little detail and our wedding timeline (the limited amount of hours we contracted with our venue was from 6 to 11 PM- we were worried that it was too short!). However, after meeting with Thomas and exchanging e-mails throughout the engagement, he eased the stress and definitely was there when we needed him. Thomas is professional, experienced, reliable, easy to reach, detail-oriented, organized, and just an awesome wedding coordinator. Thomas was there during important meetings/appointments. We went over details during our menu tasting with our venue and I remember my husband (fiancé at the time) mentioning how much he appreciated Thomas because he asked our venue questions that we did not even think of. We met again with Thomas about a month before the big day, and he helped us organize final details and our final timeline. Thomas gave us his advice and his opinions when we needed it. Thomas was at our rehearsal day on time and ran our rehearsal SO smoothly (mind you, I had a huge Filipino wedding; for the ceremony we had: 6 pairs of godparents, 2 grandparents, 2 ushers, 1 dog, 3 flowergirls, 2 ringbearers, 9 bridesmaids, 9 groomsmen, our parents, plus the groom and I. I don't know if that was his first ginormous bridal party, but if it was- oh my goodness, I don't know how he did it!) On the wedding day, Thomas and his assistant Olivia stopped by the Bridal Suite when I was getting my make-up done, said his hello's, and was off to do what he does best. I trusted them with everything and was NOT stressed out AT ALL on our wedding day! He would check up on my husband and I a few times throughout the evening to make sure we were at ease with everything, and we were... ALL BECAUSE OF HIM! Our friends and family even mentioned to us that Thomas is not only funny/friendly, but that he definitely knew what he was doing. Our wedding ran on schedule/time like we planned so! My husband and I were just so happy that everything ran smoothly and that our wedding turned out so beautiful. We are just pleased that everyone had a great time! DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THOMAS! Not only are her meals totally complaint and delicious, but she has been an absolute pleasure to work with! In advance of the surgery I had planned a fresh/never frozen meal service delivered each week--but while it was "o.k.," they didn't have many options, and it got boring really fast. Then I saw a notice about Virginia, and we had a few e-mail conversations and I decided to try her--and then on top of my foot recovery issue, COVID-19 came along and I really needed someone shopping and cooking for me. One of the best decisions I ever made was to have Virginia cook and deliver meals to me. She is fabulous, and can do any style, any request you might want--she is amazing. I am back on my feet again but am I going to cook for myself now? No! She has spoiled me forever. I love her cooking. She gets to know you, and what you like, and sends recipes you might want to try. And you select exactly which recipes you want to try each week (and if you don't like an ingredient in a recipe, you just ask her to leave it out). But if you out of the blue decide you want something not on any of the lists she has sent and you ask her to make it for you she can! I have had meals from her that made me feel like I was eating at a 5-star restaurant in my home. One of the most enjoyable parts of my week now is planning what I will have Virginia cook for me the next week.
