Chef Aly recently catered my wedding and we were beyond pleased with every aspect of her service. The appetizers were delicious and were served in such a way as to be easily eaten without utensils and plates. Her staff was very accommodating and alert to what was happening and required to keep things moving smoothly - they were such an accomplished and pleasant group of people. Both entrees she served were amazing; the flavors were subtle but created a really unique and tasty experience. The bar service was very efficient and the specialty drink she made was creative and people seemed to really enjoy it. Chef Aly also was so attentive to detail and made the drinks and the food so beautiful! She even asked the photographer to send her pictures of the flowers prior to the event so she could match them with her edible flowers and general food presentation. She was also really communicative prior to the event, and was patient with and attentive to my questions. We met a couple weeks before and went over everything, and based on that discussion she executed things on the day just as we had hoped.
