It's an okay casual burger place. Food is good, but not exceptional. Service was very friendly. This is a great place to take kids.

Some good, some not so good. Hence the 3 stars. Good: Fries and Onion rings are really good. Good crust on the onion rings. Definitely get the flavor of salt that suits you. Salt and vinegar, celery salt, parmesan, seasoned salt to name a few. Liked the toppings bar and plenty of sauces. A1, BBQ, ketchup, mayo, mustard. Definitely get the Bobby's sauce (likely fry sauce). Not so good: burger size could have been bigger for the money. And the taste of the burger was a little off. Have had better. Went here for the first time today because I don't go around flowery branch much. Gotta say I loved the environment! All of the staff were pretty nice, especially Brianna. I asked her what her favorite food was, and she talked to me a lot about the menu and helped me with what I wanted to order. She also gave me a drink for free when I told her I'm just getting the burger and not the combo (the combo comes with fries and a drink). I also got an Oreo sundae with chocolate drizzle, and it was really good. When I got my food, I got back to my car and realized that there were fries in the box as well. Beautiful experience and if I'm ever in flowery branch, I'll make sure to come back. read more

I m sad to report that after not eating here for a long period of time I gave this place one more try. Ordered cheese burger with American cheese. Cost was about 7 dollars with tax. The bun overwhelmed the meat all I could taste was a very dry piece of bread. Never tasted any favor from the beef. Very disappointed with where this place has gone down hill after first opening. A lot of people were eating here I don't now why. I mostly eat burgers on a daily basis and this is now permanently off my list . More burger and better tasting burger at Whataburger for same price. read more

I thought it was not worth the price point. ($13/$15 for combo meal) An ok burger taste was good patties were thin. I recommend ordering the 1/2 lb burger. 3 patties vs 2 for the classic ( My husband and son got the 1/2 lb and liked their burgers) I went with the classic and it wasn't as good. The patties are very thin. I also ordered the onion rings and it was a very small portion. You order at the counter and pick up your food at counter as well when your name is called. The burgers are good, but the fries are often soggy. But what really makes this place bad is the poor service. Their online ordering system is a joke and they never start making the food until you show up and ask about your order. And then they will let you sit there for 20 min wondering if your order is ready, while your food sits on the counter. They won't call out your name when it's ready, and then they will blame you for not hearing them. Management needs to step up their game with this location. read more

If you wish to be treated poorly just for existing as a customer then this is the place for you! We sauntered in after a long day of hiking looking to be treated terribly but have a good meal, 45 minutes before closing. First we ordered chicken tenders and were promptly told they do not have any chicken. Of course I laughed, because that's basically the only thing 50% of my children eat. We ordered our meals, 2 adult meals and 4 children meals in total. Pricey, dinner. My children found an empty table that would seat the whole family and we sat. My husband goes to get his drink and I'm sitting at the table when a person, I'm assuming is the manager on duty, comes and blocks the walkway back to the table directly in front of my husband. He looks at her and says um this is blocking the way. She doesn't respond. So I speak up and ask, "do you need us to move? We can move." She stares at me and says nothing then walks away. Another staff member walks over and moves the chairs out of the way. I get up to put condiments on my burger and spice on my fries when I hear her tell the staff member to put the chairs back in the way. He doesn't. He only puts one chair back. He is just as confused about what's going on as we were. I hear her mumble to the cashier something about being happy they close in 30min. We stay seated to finish our food. I hear her mention to a staff member something about the bathrooms being closed. This is confusing because there are no signs on the bathrooms and the doors are not locked. I and my children as well as another patron used the bathroom and they seemed fine. The whole experience was confusing. It was obvious she didn't want customers there. Aside from all of that, they had an A sanitation rating. The food was good and when we left the manager as well as another staff member made a point to yell out across the restaurant for me to "have a good night". It was dripping with sarcasm. During all of this another customer walked over and picked up a spray bottle of cleaner and a wash towel and cleaned her own table while the manager looked on doing nothing. We will NOT be returning to this establishment. read more

The service and the food are so good here!!!! We got food for here and it was so good we had to make an order to go! We tried the Baja Burger and the Black and Blue, both where over the top good!!!!! The lemon pie concrete was to die for!!!! We also took home with us an Oreo Concrete! One of the kids favorite! So refreshing for the hot weather!!! Sad to write this review. I have eaten at other Cheeseburger Bobby locations and have loved it. First off upon entering the restaurant it was not clean. The cashier was rude. She also had acrylic nails that were over an inch long and had charms glued to them. In the food industry that's a huge no! Then we got our food and the fries were burnt. When I say burnt they were charred! The burgers were just over room temperature. Get over to the topping station and it was a wreck; condiments spills all over the serving area ! No ketchup, mustard, and the mayo was almost out. No staff members were trying to clean or do anything beyond the bare minimum. They literally made our food then went in the back out of sight. I will be surprised if this store is open in a year if it continues on this track. read more

The food isn't bad. I especially love the French fries. A while ago we came in a couple of different times with a strong manure smell in the restaurant. This caused us to take a break from going to this restaurant. We decided to give them one more chance, we came in to make a to go order about 30 minutes before closing and they denied me and my wife (who is 8 months pregnant) service as they had already cleaned up and done their paperwork for the night. Great place to eat! You order the burger you want, add your own toppings at the topping bar and wayla eat it the way you want it! They even have different fry seasonings! Owner walked around refilling fries if you want them and even walked around the restaurant with frozen custard samples! So good would definitely recommend trying it! read more

Do NOT come to this location. The restaurant itself is fine, I've been to many. But this specific location, I stood and waited 45 minutes to get a single hamburger and cheese fries. The patty was super cold, and the "cheese" wasn't even melted. The customer service just kept pointing at me but never gave an update and walked away when I went over to ask a question. I recommend going to chic fil an across the road if you are in the food for fast food. I also ordered a double patty & only got one. This place is atrocious. He was trying SO hard to make a mediocre product better with great customer interaction. I used to love this place. I hadn't been in a while and decided tonight would be a burger night. So I loaded up the family and headed in. Upon entering, there were only 3 or 4 other families in the restaurant. We made our way up to the register to order when the girl behind the counter asks another coworker "what time is it". The coworker responded 7:30. The girl then sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes. Probably should have just left at that point. We placed our order. 3 burgers meals, and an order of onion rings. 44 bucks and change!! I understand the prices are going up, but that hit hard. Oh well, at least the food is good. Well..... it used to be. They seem to have changed their patties. No longer do they get the nice crisp edges. They are a bit thicker now and don't really have the same texture. It felt like I was eating a froze. Burger patty. They also seem to have changed fries or maybe these weren't cooked right because they were just average. Could have air fried some at home and had better. The veggie bar was a mess as well, which is odd since there weren't many people there and several employees were in the back having a great time with each other. The sweet and dill pickles had been mixed together. The ranch was in a squirt bottle and there was pieces of stuff everywhere like it had not been cleaned the entire day. Speaking of cleaning, the restaurant needed to be cleaned in general. There was paper and bits of food all over the floor and the bottom of the trays were greasy. Toward the end of our meal, one of the employees came out and swiped some tables, but it didn't seem like she was in a cleaning mood. BTW the entire crew except the older lady at the register was wearing hoodies and none of them gave the impression they wanted to be there or really cared about my experience in their store. Miserable dinner experience. $25 for 2 single patty burgers and 1 fry and waters. Took 30 minutes to get the food. All staff paid no attention to anything. Ordering was like I was imposing on them and taking them away from talking to other staff. No one looked over 15 that worked there and no manager or anyone to see the poor service. No napkins in either dispenser, topping bar was a disaster and half of the items were empty. The sauce dispensers were just as bad with several being empty including the Bobby's sauce. We won't be back. Advice to whoever owns it, fire the staff and start over with people that actually want to work. read more

I am from Chicago and sometimes I don't know where to go to get a good burger. I like this place because they offer a lot of toppings/seasonings so you can really make the burger your own. I absolutely love that they offer the sports peppers which remind me of home. I ate a bunch with my burger. Also love that they offer jalapeños for people who want a kick. The cheesecake custard is amazing as well. It comes with berries I believe. I didn't know this place had milkshakes. I think I saw that in a review. Hands down the best chicken tenders in the business. Absolutely perfectly crispy and plump, juicy and tender on the inside. They hand batter them to order and they're always perfectly cooked. I'm not sure if this is technically their policy, but occasionally, an extra tender was in the box possibly because the person making them realized one was smaller than the rest and wanted to compensate. This is not something I would ever expect and shows excellent customer service. The prices are kind of high and I don't like their fries. One weird thing is there are speakers everywhere but there's never any music playing. Their Tenders beat Chic-fil-A, Cane's, Huey Magoo's, and even Popeye's. read more
