I regularly order meal prep and I'm always satisfied with the variety of choices, the ease of online ordering and the convenience of delivery. Last year for my birthday, my husband ordered to go catering from there and the food was packed so nicely and they even included a birthday cake from Brown Cow Bakery (it was so good). We drove 4hrs to a cabin and the food warmed up and was served and was still just as delicious as when I get it for meal prep. Last month my husband and I caught the burger burn Chef Curry does and my KC Burger was amazing. Here's hoping we can get a shrimp and grits pop up. I'm pretty sure the rustic appeal enhances their food, because it was delicious! The friendliness of their staff made me want to order more than originally planned. Can I say anything more positive? Yes! I got their blue and gold chicken tenders. It came with their homemade chips and potato salad. If they weren't out of the 3-bean salad, I would have gotten a side of that as well. If y'all aren't feeling any of those sides, they also offer fries (a mixture of traditional fries and sweet potato fries) or a side salad for an additional $1. Dipping sauces include ranch, honey mustard and a Korean bbq! You will eat the entire basket. Don't try to convince yourself you're not hungry. Get the regular size or the large. Leave the Jr for the kids! Pleasantly satisfying without a heavy feel that most fried food brings. If you're looking for a eating tip, I suggest using the homemade chips as a spoon with the potato salad. The combination of textures and flavors is divine! I know you're thinking, is this really a food truck or a 5 star restaurant? I'm going to say maybe both haha. Give them a shot! They will impress you in more ways than one!
