It was absolutely perfect - flavorful, not too sweet, and you could see the tiny little lime zest throughout each bite. I wonder how many limes she had to zest to make these Easter cakes! The glaze/icing on top added just the right amount of sweetness. On Easter, I served it plain. Last night I served it with macerated strawberries and it seemed like a completely different dessert.
