In 2021, we are working to be better community members by spending our money locally. It will take some time to make up for our 2020 carbon footprint due to COVID. So, first thing this year, we joined the Guilford Gardens CSA. I am so happy with our first basket pickup. The most perfect tomatoes, two dozen eggs, plenty of local leafy greens, carrots and BONUS tamales and salsa. So happy to be injecting our money into food that is as local as it gets.
