Best experience ever for my wife's birthday. Jessica is a super great help.she took care of our check in and it was as smooth as cool breeze on a day of fishing. We were greeted with a glass of champagne upon our check in. And they got my wife a cake for her 58 birthday what more can you ask. We will definitely stay here on our next trip . Oh and don't forget breakfast downstairs . It was the best .

Wow!!! I only wish we stayed more than one night! Complete peace and serenity at Cheeca. The beach is massive with tons of chaise lounge chairs and very kind staff. A big shout-out to Aisha who checked us in and gave us the lay of the land for a wonderful stay. Also Andranik at valet was super helpful with all our bags and checking out too. Can't wait to come back!!

Wow! Wow! 1st night (Here for 3 nights) and all I can say is wow! Absolutely AWESOME property! From valet, checking in, bell services... the rooms are incredible! We are in 633 overlooking the lagoons which are so cool at night because they're all lit up with tiki torches-the pathways, the edges... just beautiful! We love the bed! Slept so good! Beautiful sitting area and a with a kitchen, full sized fridge, microwave, 2 electric stove tops, AND they have Illy coffee and espresso (our favorite) w/creamers!! There's 3 pools and the beach all right there! The beach/pool bar is great! The service, drinks and food are fantastic! They offer pickle ball and golf, bicycles and many other things-all included! (Well included in the $60 daily resort fee) This place is paradise! Highly recommend! We Definitely want to come back here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My husband and I rented for a weekend escape. We were greeted by Cassandra, the manager. She provided us with exceptional service. Maureen helped us with reservations for one of their restaurants, Atlantic's Edge. The room had an ocean view and private beach access. The shower had a rain shower head and handheld option as well with all glass doors with a beautiful view. You are greeted in the lobby with the option of champagne. Every detail on this property was carefully thought out. The beds were soft and perfect for a great night sleep. We ordered the catch of the day which was main lobster. This dish was absolutely heavenly. There was a crabcake type of topping baked on the lobster. The rolls, whipped mashed potatoes and brownie for dessert were all impressive. The resort gives you that feeling that you can relax and unwind with a breathtaking backdrop. We will definitely be returning soon.

Was greeted by a very friendly woman. She gave a card to contact her in case anything was needed during our stay. Her name was Tyanna. She was informative, funny, and upbeat. It was pouring when upon arrival so that was unfortunate. Was offered umbrellas and a ride to our hotel room. Cancelled the original dinner plans (it was an outdoor venue) and ate at the hotel restaurant. Honestly, worst steak I've had in my life and it was around $70. Could hard tear a piece off with a fork and it was ordered medium. It was terrible. But the hotel itsself, was great. They have plenty to do there included in your stay. They have a lot of chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, stuff for little kids to do. The water is very shallow (just be careful for sting rays & jelly fish, but the water is clear so you can see them). I would suggest walking around the entire property- there were things we didn't realize were there! I recommend staying in a Bungalow. You have a somewhat private beach right in front of them with direct access to all of the water sports. The view is very nice too, with stairs from your room that land right on the sand. The rooms are older than we are used to, but they're not bad at all. Updating wouldn't hurt, but you really spend most of your stay outdoors! They have a dock with access to boat tours. I'd suggest looking around at other tours, not just the ones the hotel suggest. After speaking to guests and a personal experience, if I went back, I would have gotten other recommendations first. Also, very close distance (and the hotel will shuttle you there) was Chef Michael's. It was good food and took reservations! Save room for a dessert.

This was our third trip to Islamorada, the first time staying at this resort. Overall, Cheeca is a solid 3.5-star resort with the potential to go higher. We felt that the biggest thing holding this place back from a higher rating is the dark and outdated rooms and, in our opinion, the room(800 building) we stayed in just needed brighter colors and some recessed lighting. One plus is that the patio was screened in. What we liked most about this resort is that there are plenty of amenities on the grounds, such as fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, tennis, basketball, pickleball, three pools, game room for the kids, two hot tubs, bicycles and more. The staff was friendly even though I did text the number at the front desk three times during our seven day stay, and they only got back to me once. The restaurants on the grounds are ok nothing special, but the food by the pool was good for what it was and a decent price. One weird thing is the cemetery on the grounds, but we'll stay here again. Safes and robes in the rooms. Plenty of water stations throughout the grounds.

Beautiful picturesque property. Grounds are full of lush trees/plants which make for beautiful pictures. Restaurant on the water is a must with that Atlantic Ocean view! Spa was ok, not epic or "luxurious" but good. Massage was nice.

    Nice! Could not get enough!

Beautiful place, excellent maintenance ongoing. Lots of food options. Great customer service. The best was Roger , one of the bellhop staff. We had a "small" issue and while they were making a new room ready, Roger assured we were entertained. Got us bikes to ride, kept on top of the room change. Great outcome overall, thanks to well trained and empowered staff.

This was a new resort for us and we were both presently impressed overall. We stayed two nights to celebrate our 7th year anniversary. They offer self parking or valet with concierge services for bags. Check in was super smooth, we were greeted with water and champagne. "Keys" are wristbands which can be used to open all doors, room charges and access. The resort itself has tons to offer: 3 pools (one adults only area), 2 hot tubs, three onsite restaurants and two "partnered" restaurants, free shuttle service within 2 mile radius, dock/pier for fishing/boating, water sport activities (paddle boards, kayaks, water trampolines, fishing rods, onsite "par 3" course, free beach cruiser bikes which can be taken off property, beach with cabana and loungers, boat parking, towel service, tennis and pickle ball courts, spa & fitness center, free bottled water and kids club. Honestly, I can't imagine what else you could ask for. We tried 2 of the five restaurants (Morada Bay & Atlantic Edge) both were incredible! Other 3 included sushi (dinner or take out), Italian and an upscale French spot. Definitely resort prices, especially on the beverages. $16 for poolside mojitos. The par 3 golf course was a little bit of a surprise. If you are any kind of golfer you'll quickly realize this is not a real course. Do NOT waste your time bringing your own golf gear. Holes range from 40-78 yards. We played barefoot with cocktails and a 7 iron. Definitely no tee time requirement. Walk up and grab an iron from tee box 1. Beach has lots of room for lounging. On the south side, they have the water sport options as well as sandbox toys. We stayed in the lagoon view room which saved a good chunk of change compared to the ocean view room options. We were within 100 yards of the beach so worth the money save. Very clean, fridge, bed was very comfortable. They have a lot of room options throughout the property even "casitas" in a private area of the resort for larger groups. The staff were all very friendly and eager to provide service. It's not a cheap spot but for the amenities, service and rooms I think it's worth it. In the heart of islamorada, you have great access to a number of locally owned establishments. We will definitely be back with the family. Great family friendly place.

This was the location of a wedding we attended. It was a beautiful venue for the wedding. It was the location for all the parts of the wedding, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. It was easy to get around and navigate the grounds.

However, we felt that the property is quite highly priced for what it offers. Unfortunately, our comfort was affected by a few issues in the room--the bed made noticeable noise even with slight movement, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioner was quite loud, adding to the disturbance. Overall, while the cleanliness and easy check-in were definite positives, the noise issues and pricing did not quite match our expectations.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the room looked like it was recently remodeled. The bed had a European style bottom on it where I kept hitting my ankle and toes. The mattress was kind of soft, but the pillows were really nice and comfortable. The bathroom looked rather old, and the shower itself didn't have a door on it. So you risk getting water onto the bathroom on the floor when you're just taking a normal shower. I liked the rear room door which led to the pool area. The pool was a saltwater type and very inviting. This was a major plus for this Inn. Get the towels from the front office and pick a nice spot around the pool. This area really was well done Shopping is a breeze with the Publix grocery store just one mile south. Many great choices for restaurants are all within 2 miles. There are no places to cook inside the unit, but there is a microwave outback in case you wanna warm something. A small refrigerator is provided along with a coffee maker and Keurig coffee pods. Try not to book a room facing the street, as it gets rather noisy at night. Also, foot traffic during was rather loud up until midnight. There is a great value in staying here as the price for rooms are very reasonable. I think I paid $136 for the night. The two women at check-in were very polite and attentive to my needs. Questions were answered, I think I would stay here again if I didn't have a room up against the highway. Be sure to inquire first.

After 3 days my wife had to threaten the front desk staff with using towels to wipe her ass if the maids didn't restock the toilet paper in our room. Totally unacceptable for a resort. They kept assuring us the rooms service maids were coming in daily, but they never did until she threatened to come down and make a scene. The staff seemed unmotivated to complete even the basic cleaning tasks. We only asked for two coffee k cups, clean towels and the two room garbage cans to be emptied on a daily basis. That was just too demanding and the staff tried to mean-mug us when we came and went but finally got it done for the final two days of our visit. I'd advise you visit another property because the service is nonexistent and a total disappointment. Their on site restaurant was a joke as well. Completely overpriced and out of touch given the location. Every other restaurant we visited in the area was excellent, but theirs was almost always empty. The menu was way overpriced and there were countless local options that were much better and less expensive. Nearly all the staff on site see to be unwilling to provide service to customers and displaying a shitty attitude overall. Leadership changes need to take place or this property will crumble. Good location, just bad service with inadequate leadership supervision.

As Hilton Gold members, we were fortunate to receive a small room upgrade at booking, which we definitely appreciated. Let me start with the highlights the resort amenities are wonderful, especially for families. There were plenty of complimentary activities for kids during the day, and even fun nighttime events like dancing that were adorable and well thought out. It truly felt family-friendly, and there was always something going on to keep everyone entertained. The cutest was Santa pics with cookies and milk! The staff was attentive and kind throughout our stay, and honestly, that goes a long way. Great service can elevate an entire experience, and they really delivered on that front. That said, at nearly $1,000 per night during peak season, I did expect the facilities and rooms to be in better condition. The property has so much potential, but parts of it felt a bit rundown for the price point. The rooms could use some attention and deeper cleaning. I completely understand that this is a beachfront resort and sand is inevitable however we noticed quite a bit of sand throughout the room, even on the bed when it had been freshly made. I've stayed at other beach resorts where housekeeping was a bit more thorough in that regard. However nothing crazy but cleanliness is big in my book. One morning, there was also a cockroach at the coffee cart. My husband reported it right away to the front desk. The next few mornings the cart wasn't out, and I'm assuming they were addressing the situation, which I appreciate but it was still a bit off-putting. The on-site restaurants were good not extraordinary, but enjoyable and I felt the pricing there was fair considering it's a resort property. Overall, we had a great experience. The resort has incredible potential, and with a little more attention to upkeep especially considering the premium nightly rate it could easily be a five-star stay. The friendly staff and activities made a big difference.

So Baker's Cay was unable to contact him to let him know the suite he had booked for us with an amazing looking bathtub would not be available due to it not being fully completed with construction. So when we arrived they told us the room wasn't available. My heart sank. I know his sank twice as hard. He has his new wife with his wonderful plan to give her a beautiful bathtub and suddenly it all fell apart. The front desk was so kind though and I truly felt like they cared and felt terrible about this mistake. They really made up for it by giving us so many perks throughout our stay, including a beautiful room with the most amazing view. A shout out to their concierge, Ashley, who really assisted us in booking things! Now that aside, the resort itself is just soooooo relaxing! It is the perfect spot for a honeymoon or any kind of romantic celebration. We loved the love locks they sold in the gift shop and hung ours on the love lock arch. They offer floats, which we were gifted complimentary because of the mix up, and we had a private one. I haven't been that relaxed in a long time, just floating out in the water. Everything we ate was fantastic! Including room service, which was always quick to arrive. My favorite thing was the quesadillas at Dry Rocks! And the chicken dish at Calusa. One day we were going to head down to Key West, but just decided to stay at the resort because it was so wonderful to chill at. We reserved a daybed that day right at the water's edge. They set it up with towels and water and we were able to order food. Even the aforementioned quesadilla. I was in heaven. They have bikes you can use too. Those were fun to ride down to Shell World and get some souvenirs. There's also a pool with a wonderful jacuzzi that is hot, private and has strong jets! This was just the most wonderful honeymoon! Despite no tub, I was a happy wife! And happy wife, happy life, right?

You can tell that they really take pride in every area of the property, rooms, pool and grounds. What a joy!! It was a fantastic experience where we could forget about work and enjoy each moment. We had room 4 which was a kitchen, dining area, king size bed, and bathroom located near the dock. It was clean, up kept and we enjoyed our entire time there! The bed was comfortable and it had a nice TV. My husband brought fishing tackle so that he could fish from the dock and was extremely happy!! Next time he plans to bring his small boat so that he can dock it there. Upon our arrival we were greeted and checked in quickly and efficiently. Our questions about the area, restaurants, etc. were answered and he said he was only a text away if we had any questions at all. This was impressive to me and I was grateful. The sunsets were gorgeous and we were happy we brought our camera. We did not use the pool or the many hammocks and chairs on the grounds but we're happy they were there. We enjoyed the dock and porch area just outside our room and we are looking forward to coming back next year! This resort does not charge for parking or a resort fee which we appreciated and is located 10 to 15 minutes from a Publix in case you would like to purchase items for the kitchen. CVS is near the Publix too. This is a wonderful old style Florida resort that doesn't nickel and dime you for everything. We already have reservations for next year!

Everything from check in to leaving was excellent . This is like stepping away from the day to day…read morerush we all live in . The staff was almost unnoticeable and the rooms are clean and well maintained . Of you want a quiet keys vacation this would be the one . We are going back next year hope to see you you there .
