Ambiance: Casual, Bricked Walls, It's pretty cozy in the restaurant, really clean too! Service: Service was great! Our waitress was really nice. Food and drinks got here quick, despite it being packed. Food: Awesome, My grilled cheese was great, my party liked their food but one said the New Orleans Pasta needed more sauce. Paying: Really Easy! You can pay through the tablet on your table. You can also play games for 3 dollars (They have PVZ)

First time eating here and certainly wasn't disappointed. Our service was excellent and very attentive. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable seating. Our server greeted us with their signature croissant covered with honey and butter! Very delicious!! Hubby and I ordered the double chicken fried steak with a huge side salad and loaded baked potato. We shared the meal and cost was only &18.99 plus tax. Such a good meal for a good price!

Feels like an upgraded Denny's. Nice free croissants Be prepared for lots of kids and families Food May be fresh but takes a very long time to prepare Ordered ribs that were to be "falling off the bone" but with my steak knife., I had to fight to get anything The fish was meh. Not much was hot only warm Corn off the cob was the best dish Rice was cold and tasteless Baked potato could have been good if it was hot Staff was nice but our server, who doubled as bartender had trouble keeping up Overall they should get better when they get out the kinks. However not sure I will return to find out. Prices are more reasonable than other places but still high for what portions they offer and food quality

Our party of nine arrived around 6:30 on a Friday evening and were surprised to be seated as soon as they put together a table for us. Waitress was friendly and pointed out the $4.99 classic cocktails which a few of us indulged in. The margarita was a basic margarita, good size for the price. There was a bit of delay on getting our bar drinks although our waitress did bring us all waters quickly. Atmosphere was calm and place was clean. The buttery croissants were a hit with everyone. We forgot to order our appetizer when we ordered our entrees. We ordered it on the little kiosk at the table and it still arrived before our food. We got the triple appetizer which had queso, spinach dip and chicken tenders. Spinach dip was very tasty. I ordered the bourbon salmon and shrimp with broccoli and carrots. Bourbon sauce was overly sweet but still a decent entree. More vegetarian options would be nice but daughter was pleased with her four veggie and salad plate. Oldest son ordered the Key West chicken and shrimp which was supposed to come with a pico salsa but instead they gave him the bourbon sauce which was too sweet for him. His mashed potatoes also did not have gravy. Overall, a fun family experience.

Dined here early last evening for the first time. And I mean first time ever at a Cheddar's because this chain does not exist where we live up North (NYC-NJ area). We were pleasantly surprised. A very good bang for your buck. We got a booth in the back, far from entrance. Ambiance quiet back there. Parker was our friendly and attentive server. Also, Manager Lisa came over during our dinner and we talked about this relatively new addition to North Naples and Cheddar's in general. We ordered a bottle of Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio for $23. So good to see wine offered at a reasonable price (I checked out menu at new J Alexander's nearby and a bottle of Pinot Grigio was offered at FOUR TIMES what I pay for it in a liquor store or supermarket). We Shrimp Alfredo (12 shrimp) and Blackened 8 oz Salmon and both ordered side salads for quite minimal charge. Everything scrumptious. The only criticism I have is that the service was TOO GOOD/FAST - our entrees arrived when we were just starting to eat our salads.

This place is great. Kind of a step above Cracker Barrel. The food is really good and fairly priced. Owned by the same company that owns Olive Garden and Seasons 52. The food selection ranges from really unhealthy to almost healthy. I opt for the mostly healthy with the salmon or whitefish and it's well prepared and a good deal. We come here all the time

Seated at 730, drink order wasn't taken until 744, and this became a theme for the night. Drinks came a while later. Bread was provided after the drinks--but we had been seated well over 25 minutes now. Order was not taken for over 30 minutes. Appetizers came out relatively quickly and were good (4/5). The tomatoes were green house tomatoes though which really bugged me for southern Florida and the price point. Just plain greedy prices for Sysco food service quality ingredients. Entrees came about 90 minutes after we were seated. Wife and I had to do some serious damage control with the kids, but we brought them so that's on us. The entrees were good, but marked up considerably. I suspect they prey on tourists like us and just charge high in hopes of the perceived quality. My steak was very good I'll admit. But I filled up on the table bread because it all took so dang long. Also it was a limited menu--maybe because of Easter? But with limited options the kitchens job should be streamlined a lot better to avoid such a long wait time for the food. Started this review with a 4 star rating, as I thought about it, I downgraded it to a 3 due to high cost, mediocre waiter service and very slow food service. Maybe your experience will be better on a less busy day? We were there nearly three hours not including the wait for our table.

Tigress Restaurant & Rooftop Bar - Delicious food

Tigress Restaurant & Rooftop Bar

-- A Rooftop Gem Where You Feel Like Family…read more I'll be upfront -- I have social anxiety, and crowds can be genuinely overwhelming for me. My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.

Our server was very nice and conversational, however, I think she might have a habit for forgetting to do something unless she does it right away. Before finishing explaining the sauces with the shrimp crudite, we asked a question and she immediately went to go grab another dip and didn't finish explaining the sauces. I was disappointed in the bananas foster waffles. it said there was banana caramel, and then as a separate item, it said peanut butter maple. I asked probably 2 or 3 different times where the peanut butter maple was as i had gotten my toppings on the side after seeing an order that was drenched go past my table. the first answer i received was that it was the sauce i had in front of me. it was not. it was the caramel. the next time i asked, i was told that the peanut butter and caramel are the same sauce. again, no peanut butter flavor in the sauce. the peanut butter was the thing i was looking forward to the most on the waffle, and by the time she offered to just bring me peanut butter i was almost done with it. i will say that it is a very dense waffle and difficult to cut. i'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but i had to use some force to cut into what i thought was going to be a fluffy waffle. we had empty water glasses on our table for quite some time with multiple people passing before being refilled. it wasn't until more people cleared out that we were able to get more water. the cinnamon roll thing: a very nice gesture from the restaurant for birthdays. the cinnamon toast crunch on the outside was nice and crunchy, the caramel gelato between layers was smooth, but the roll itself is a different story. like the waffle, it was dense. not sure if that's because it's served cold but we will chalk it up to that, but the cream cheese frosting has chili and paprika in it! so while we were eating it, all of our throats starting to have a spicy burny feeling in the back. imagine red hots candy for flavor profile. we didn't find out until asking that it has the extra spice in it. just something to note, it might need to be added to server explanation that there is the added spicy element, as there are a lot of people who do not enjoy spicy foods. I stand by my previous reviews that Tigress is strictly a drinks and app place.

Service was quick and attentive. We started with a couple fountain Diet Coke's ($3.00 ea.) and a Yuengling pint on tap ($5.00). The menu has quite a variety of what you would expect to find at a place like this - appetizers, wings, salads, sandwiches, burgers, etc. and daily food specials. My wife and I heard about their Italian Beef sandwiches ($11.99) so we had to try. The sandwich includes hot or sweet peppers, but add a buck if you want cheese on it. These are very close to a true Chicago Italian Beef sandwich. LOADED with tasty, juicy beef piled on a toasted roll, served with a cup of gravy to dip into and a very good potato salad side. Perfect! My daughter had the Reuben ($13.99). Lots of tasty, juicy corned beef piled onto toasted rye bread, topped with sauerkraut and swiss cheese. Thousand Island dressing is on the side if you want to add some. The tater tots as a side were fresh fried, hot and crispy.
