Carnitas, Pulled Beef, Ground Beef, Choriso: again, good once or twice, but at some point served in tablespoons of grease - more grease than queso. Shrimp: basically tiny rubber balls. Chicken (and Al Pastor, usually) are the only consistent options I've tried. 2. The chips are sometimes cooked in rancid oil and soaked to translucence in it, resulting in an acrid, almost metallic taste that ruins everything else. 3. Tonight was the last straw. The queso was spoiled. It smelled like expired milk and tasted sour. I hope I don't get sick. The lack of quality control is a dealbreaker. I gave this place way too many chances. It's not even cheap anymore.
