    Grilled Shrimp
    Peter M.

Low-Carb Options Available. I was in the Bowling Green area and was looking for a good place to eat with low-carb and healthy options. Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is known for its comfort food but now has low-carb options on its Menu. On this visit, I tried their Grilled Shrimp Meal which came with Rice, and veggie sides all under 1000 calories. The shrimp was just enough food and I felt full after eating it. If you're in the mood for comfort food Cheddar's is a great option but now has options for healthier low-carb dining as well.

We always enjoy Cheddar's and the one here was no exception. We were seated right away and greeted by our server. We got the cheese curds for an appetizer, which came out after our salads. Both items were delicious. Our chicken dinners, one honey Dijon and one lemon pepper were great. Flavorful chicken, and very tender. As always, large portions and quick service. The only thing I didn't like was that the green beans were sweet, and I'd forgotten that's how they make them. They were helpful in substituting my rice for another side, so that's much appreciated.

    Monte Cristo

I am not exaggerating when I say the Monte Cristo sandwich was out of this world AMAZING TASTE SENSATION!!! My husband had the southern fried chicken with green beans and carrots and was just as happy with his meal. The people are friendly and prompt. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dining room and bathrooms were very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were seated right away and our food came out in good time despite it being quite busy. If you're ever near Bowling Green, KY you MUST stop at Cheddars for a Monte Cris

    Buttered Croissants

Ordered curbside while on our road trip. We actually arrived a bit early and the food was ready! The buttered croissants were to die for! So yummy! The salmon was also super good, the bourbon sauce was just *chefs kiss*. I will say that the portions for the sauces were a bit crazy, the containers were probably more suited for soup than anything lol. Felt a bit bad about the waste. All in all a great experience! Also the lady who brought out the food was so kind! Love that southern charm!

The only thing that sucked was our server was so slow.. but other than that the service was great and so was the food.

100% would recommend this restaurant!!!!…read more we arrived right at 5pm when they open back up for the day. firstly the atmosphere and customer service is top tier. everyone is super attentive and welcoming. we started off with mixed drinks, with a very wide selection, each drink we tried was perfectly mixed and balanced. we definitely would recommend the french martini and vette city. as for appetizers, we tried the fried pickles and jalapeños. the batter was light but crunchy and flavorful and the house made ranch paired perfectly with them. main courses i would 1000% recommend the chicken rosa. such a delicious dish with a creamy mash potatoes side and perfectly seasoned and sautéed fresh vegetable side. the lemon caper sauce paired with the chicken was stunning. chicken was cooked perfectly and still very juicy. the basil pasta dish was al dente with a rich, herby, and creamy sauce. the crème brûlée was the most delicious dessert to end the meal with a perfectly crunchy sugar top not too charred and the crème part was flavored very nicely with a good vanilla taste. 5/5 WOULD RECOMMEND

It a hard balance when for some. The atmosphere was modern chic with farm house feel. The pour on my wine was subpar along with my dinner portion of salmon. For these reasons, I can't give them a four star or better review.

We shared the southwest egg-rolls and they were delightful. I ordered the Montanas Mongolian Beef Special. It was plentiful and very tasty. All the dishes were served nice and hot. We were quickly seated and ordered our drinks while studying the really excellent menu. Instead of rolls, a cast iron skillet containing "Fire Bread" was delivered to our table. It was delicious and was quickly devoured while waiting for our dinners. My wife ordered the Montana fried chicken salad and I opted for the chicken pot pie. While the salad was nothing out of the ordinary (except the chicken was quite good) she thoroughly enjoyed it. My chicken pot pie was really good and it contained lots of large chunks of chicken. Many places that serve this dish think all you have to do is put some pastry puff over the chicken and you have chicken pot pie. NOT! At Montana Grill, this dish was prepared like I would make it at home-a complete crust which does a great job sopping up the chicken and vegetables. The portion was huge and had I not been traveling, I would have taken some home. This dish was also served in a cast iron skillet. Service was excellent and appreciated after driving nearly 9 hours. We waited for nothing. Very happy to have been reintroduced to Montana Grill.
