This experience crossed a line…read more My girlfriend and I were genuinely excited to try Holy Burger because they advertise a full plant based menu and even offer gluten free buns. That combination is hard to find, so we were genuinely excited. Before ordering, I specifically asked if a gluten free bun could be used with a plant based sandwich. I was told yes. During ordering, I also clearly stated multiple times that we are vegan and everything needed to be plant based. Every vegan knows when you are in a place that serves both, you confirm multiple times. Despite that, I was served real meat. Both my chicken sandwich and my burger were not plant based. After taking a bite (I haven't eaten meat in 16 years), I noticed something was off and asked for clarification. I was initially told it was both gluten free and plant based. When I pointed out that my chicken patty and my girlfriend's chicken patty looked completely different, the answer changed. Only then did the employee realize the mistake and say it was gluten free, not plant based, as if those are interchangeable. They are not. If I had accepted the initial answer, I would have continued eating meat. Like halal, this is ethical. It is not a preference. If you are going to market to vegans and people with dietary restrictions, you need to understand the difference and get it right. What made it worse was the response. There was no real apology, just a casual "that's what you ordered," which wasn't true. I had clearly communicated my order multiple times. I declined the remake because at that point I didn't trust the food. I was told a refund was issued, but I have not seen that reflected yet. We spent about $60 for two people, which makes this so much more upsetting. This is not just a simple mistake. For vegans, this is ethical. Being served meat after clearly ordering plant based is not a minor error, it is a complete breakdown in trust. It left me physically sick, and honestly still does thinking about it. When you serve both meat and plant based options, there should be clear safeguards and employee training in place to make sure this never happens. That did not happen here. If you are vegan, I would strongly caution against eating here.

Since being recently diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, I've been on the lookout for places with…read moregood gluten-free options. This spot has quickly become my go-to when I'm craving "fast food" style meals. So far, I've tried the gluten-free chicken tenders, cheeseburger on a gluten-free bun, seasoned fries, and even their gluten-free cookie. The chicken tenders are especially delicious; once home, I like to drizzle honey and dip them in barbecue sauce, which takes them to the next level. The seasoned fries are always perfectly crispy and flavorful. I'm not a fan of their gluten-free bun or gf cookie but I think I just have to get used to eating things without gluten in it now. The staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. While the seating area inside is small (making it more of a takeout spot), there are a few tables if you'd like to dine in. There's also a small bathroom available and a convenient ordering screen in the lobby for quick service. Overall, this is a solid place for gluten-free comfort food; whether you're in the mood for burgers, sandwiches, or chicken tenders. I've already been several times, and I'll definitely keep coming back!

Good, not great. I'd eat here again if someone else wanted to go, but I wouldn't seek it out. I…read morewould choose five guys over little ghost. The Burger: The patty is the highlight. It has perfect density, is well-seasoned, and is easily 15% better than a Five Guys patty. The Toppings: The lack of customization is frustrating. No extra options or toppings are allowed. It comes with American cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce (not a fan), and way too much sauce. The sauce itself is okay, but the burger was drowning in it. The Fries: Good firmness, they definitely hold their shape better than Five Guys but Five Guys' Cajun fries still win on flavor. The Value: I paid about $20 for a burger, fries, and a tip. It feels expensive, but with Five Guys at $18 and a McDonald's Big Arch meal at $14 these days, the price is fairly standard for the current market.

Ordered a single, a double, two drinks and fries. Totally was 34$. Very expensive I feel. Food was good though. I did enjoy the burger. The single was enough. They don't have any toppings for the burger besides cheese, lettuce and their ghost sauce (basically mayo, pickles and maybe tomatoes). They do have packets of ketchup and mustard if you ask. Fries were fresh and you can tell. This was my favorite thing. They were actually very good. I didn't care for the fancy sauce too much though. But the size of the fries are shareable I feel. Overall I would come here again and try other food. But, with the lack of toppings for the price, it would steer me away.

Dear Arby's, I just…read morewant to give a HUGE shout out to your employees at this location! I frequent this location about once a month and just want to say that you guys came to my rescue today. I had ordered a steak dinner from Texas Roadhouse only to find out that they had no Au Jus to go with it because they only have Au jus on days when they have prime rib. Today was not that day. I literally like to dip each bite of my steak. On the fly to pick up my carry out ( Covid-19 style) I was getting ready to pass your location and remembered your French Dip sandwich... one of my faves! I quickly pulled in to the drive thru which was about 7 cars deep since lobbies are still closed. I waited patiently until I got to the speaker and then ordered my side French Dip Au jus. The guy was super friendly and asked me if that was all. It was since I was on the way to pick up my steak. He told me to pull forward. There were about 4 cars until I could get to the window. Literally not even a minute later a lovely lady came walking out the front door with a small bag to my Jeep. She told me here was more order and that she brought it out so I wouldn't have to wait. Shocked I said thank you so much and what do I owe you? She simply replied back, no charge, you're all set. That was super awesome and I really just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated them going out of their way for something they didn't even ask me to pay for. The team rocks!!! I know the food is from another restaurant but wanted to let you know the meal was only complete because of you!

I work in the restaurant too but will NEVER EVER serve a paying costumer this kind of food.. SMH
