As of late getting thru the inside ordering lane at lunch time has been extremely slow. My coworker and myself have frequent this Wendy's location for 20yrs. However the last 4-5 visits we find ourself standing for in line to place our order for 10-15 minutes. Not good when one only has 30mins for lunch. Why isn't a manager opening the second register, or find an employee that can pick up the pace. The manager has to of been noticing there is more people standing in line then that of sitting in the restaurant. Today we actually map quested to find another Wendy's to go to in the future as we can't burn 1/2 our allotted lunch time standing in line. It's ashamed as the beautiful remodeling of the interior makes for a comfortable spot to eat and catch a little of the news on tv. read more

Full selection from the Wendy's menu including the new saucy nuggs and the burger with the fuego talks on them. Relatively large store with plenty of seating as well. Unprofessional Experience!!! Visited this Wendy's around 9:00 p.m. on October 10, 2025, hoping to grab a quick dinner for my son. When I asked the lady working the drive-thru if I could get a six-piece kid's meal, she cut me off and replied, "We don't have six-piece kid's meals. Have a nice day," before abruptly ending the conversation. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I was so frustrated by the way I was treated that I simply drove off to avoid saying something back. Later, I placed an order through DoorDash for pickup from the same Wendy's. When I returned to the drive-thru and gave my name, the same lady told me to pull forward. I waited 10-15 minutes, and nobody ever brought out my food. I ended up leaving without receiving anything -- no food, no refund, and no apology. The worst part wasn't even the lost meal; it was the blatant lack of professionalism and courtesy from the employee. As a parent just trying to feed my hungry child, the experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This location needs serious attention to customer service training. read more

Honestly just very disappointing location all around. The first couple of visits were fine but the last 2 have been horrible. The restaurant forgets parts of your order constantly, and even what you do get is not correct. Eg ordering a baconator to find out when you get home it has absolutely no bacon on it. We hadn't had Wendy's in a long time, so we figured we'd give it a shot. It was a mistake. The staff seemed confused behind the counter. At one point, I was told my order was ready, but it was a carry out and everything was on a tray and there were no Frostys with it. Once that was sorted out, we left with the food. We got home and I opened my burger and took a bite that I promptly spit out. It was terrible. I also ordered some sort of bacon-jalapeno fries but when I looked at them, they looked like a pile of shit had rained down upon the fries - it was a hard pass. Everything was thrown in the trash. Horrible. Today i took my kids to this establishment having arrived at 5:50 to the speaker. I was told that they had already closed because it's Christmas Eve. We had waited 20 minutes in line until then and they had a line out to the street. I confirmed the hours were till 6pm via web, and then called and spoke with a manager, Crystal, who said they closed at 6pm. When I explained that we had been in line and they closed early, she hung up the phone. I called back, but they didn't answer. I have since filed a complaint with Wendy's Corp and look forward to calling the general manager this weekend. *Update. I received a call on 12/29 from the store manager who acknowledged that there was no permission given to the manager to close early and that she would address that. I'm expecting an apology phone call from that manager Crystal and will update my review at that time. read more

I went to this store on 12/12/20 between 7-7:30. When it was time for me to place my order, I asked the cashier if the order could be prepared fresh because I have ordered burgers from this store before and got home and the burgers looked like hockey pucks. When the cashier told me that the burgers would be fresh, someone in the background could be heard yelling in a very nasty way, "THEY ARE FRESH!!", rude and nasty. I didn't get this person's name but she was caucasian and appeared to have bad teeth. I have been buying food from this store for many years and I have not been treated so rudely. When I got the food home, I decided not to eat it for fear that the woman with the bad teeth and attitude had done something bad to my food. read more

Full disclosure: I was starved and this was handy. I worked in a Wendy's when I was in high school and I'm still generally a fan as far as fast food. This location was not up to par. Fries were bland. Pole in drive through made it difficult to maneuver. And I really could have done without the up selling in the rain. Just take people's orders and move on. read more

I pulled up to far in the drive- thru and they couldn't here me so I pulled up back some like they had asked me too and then No body responded back so I went up to the window and they said they had me on camera saying I didn't bag back which i know for a fact i did. The only reason I continue to go to this Wendy's is because I love Wendy's! Generally, at least my food is fresh! but without fail my order is NEVER correct!!!!!!!! The Wendy's around 12 Mile and Dequindre, used to be my family and I's go-to for every end to a great afternoon. The afternoon services has slowly came to a dull over time, sure the workers have a smile and some not, the proficiency has gone awry. It's finally came to the point in time, where simple messed up orders can become huge order disasters, and the company needs warning. I had a simple order of one large chocolate shake, one large vanilla shake, one order of 10 chicken nuggets for my daughters and along with that, an order of French fries. As I come up to the window, I receive two shakes, one large vanilla, and one small chocolate, I held up both to show the woman at the window, and she quickly apologized, took the small shake, "I should keep that since I touched it right?" She replied , "sure go ahead." And ended it with a smile. The large chocolate shake had finally met its arrival to me. She brought the coveted Wendy's bag to me. As I drove off, a thought to check the bag came to me. I turned on my van lights and there it was.... a bag of chicken nuggets.... I few ignorant words were said under my breath, then I accidentally slipped with "f***in fries!!!!" So I went inside and retrieved them following a sorry and a smile. So let's get to the point. The lesson to this story is, if your employees serve customers with apologies and smiles, a spiral to bankruptcy and unemployed Americans will be this company's future. read more
