Dear Checkers on Beville Rd: Thank you for getting me through summer classes at ERAU two summers ago. Your food is fattening, greasy, and disgusting, but you were always there for me after my long, arduous engineering classes that gave me a run for my money. So for that, I thank you. LOL. And on that note, I will never go here again, haha. At least not anytime soon. read more

No banana milkshake like said on the menu and very rude while very loud. Please don't come here

Sssssssssssssssssssslllllllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwww. 3 people on the drive thru, 30 minutes. Ordered the meal on the sign and they charged two dollars extra. When I asked them why, they told me that it was my fault for not ordering the small when I ordered exactly what was on the sign. All I asked for was no pickle, guess what was on it. Couldn't have been worse if they tried unless maybe they did. Other places are open late. Going there from now on. read more

These employees right here are the definition of worthless incompetent wastes of space. Whether you order a single sandwich or multiple they are GUARANTEED to mess it up. Not capable of making a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich correctly. They take insanely long to make "fast food" and still mess it up. Go literally ANYWHERE else And don't waste your time trying to get customer service cuz they don't do anything to fix THEIR errors read more

It was ok. Burger was better than the burger king or McDonald's. Not as good as 5 guys or shake shack

food was good but didn't get my fries and took way too long for my order to get taken, also caterpillars everywhere

this location is just always garbage. they don't care. especially about delivery drivers. they will ignore 10 cars in the left lane to take care of 1 car in the right lane. They will fulfill 10 orders in a row in the right lane while fully ignoring the delivery drivers. makes zero sense. And as expected, if you ask about it, they don't care. read more

I received the wrong order and simply sent a message and a photo. I never heard back from anyone for months. I reached out again and was sent an email that said "we don't have your contact info" I replied with "You just contacted me, saying you don't have contact info". Never heard from again. It's been 18 months. read more

Today for the first time, I went to try out Checkers burgers. As a new floridian, I wanted to taste it, regardless of the previous warnings and bad reviews received. I would say that the food is good, not excellent, but not bad. The meal is fulfilling, especially the french fries and there crunchiness. The customer service is a complete different chapter of the story. I felt disciplined while making my order and almost in the end of it, discriminated because of my accent. I'm a naturalized American, came to the country at 41 and obviously, have an accent. Well, Trina, my host, didn't like it and told me that it was very difficult to understand me. It is the first time that has happened to me. Not because other people may not have had some difficulty understanding me, but because they were polite enough not to fault me for it. Gave Checkers the benefit of the doubt, but BOSSY TRINA confirmed the poor service practices. First and last time I give business to this restaurant. read more

First timer,For fast food chain definitely is good! I usually don't do fast food but my kids do hence why I gave it a whirl! Fries are bomb, thick crispy seasoned to perfection! Burgers are good. And for the prices you can't beat it! read more

I worked at this location for a number of years in high school and for my first few years of college. Around 1994, 1995, 1996 or so. At that time I feel that this location was much better managed and much better staffed than it has been in recent years. Either their speakers are terrible and need repair or their cashiers need to learn to speak up and enunciate, but whatever the problem is, you can't ever hear anyone when you're trying to place your order. Which makes me think that perhaps they can't hear the customer on their end, either, because Every time that I've been there in the past three or four years they have gotten some aspect of my order wrong. Tonight (a Sunday around 6 PM) I attempted to go through the drive-through. When I pulled up to the speaker, the cashier mumbled something at me about looking at the menu and he would be right with me, and 3 to 4 minutes later he still hadn't come back to take my order... although the car in front of me had already gotten it's food and taken off and the drive-through on the other side appeared to be serviced. I was too embarrassed to shout "hello hello?" at the speaker (and I shouldn't have to anyway) so I drove off. Not sure if they forgot about me or what, but most likely even if I had ordered, it would have been incorrect and cold and gross. I don't know why I keep going back to this place. Ugh. read more

They were really accommodating when I needed to change my order at the window, and they got it right! There is another Checkers in town that goofs up my order so regularly that I stopped going. read more

Staff is friendly, although mostly I don't understand the ordering procedure, because I don't speak blaxploitation/ebonic, which then results in me abandoning the standard ordering procedure and going for the rogue ordering at window with screaming tires. Food is deliciously obnoxious, as it's supposed to be, and nothing beats the fries. Usually we part as friends with the right stuff I ordered, sometimes it's a surprise in that bag, especially if stuff is missing. They are good at fixing their mistakes though, especially if I bitch a little about it. I'm good at bitching. Drinks without ice are given without protest, the speed of the service can vary, depending who is awake and who's not. Recommended, they are good guys :D read more

Fresh French fries, great customer service, quick and easy :)

Much better burgers than mcdonalds, very friendly service, two lane drive t

Came here twice and each time the service and food were great. Great apple pies too. The sandwich could have had a little more care, it was a lityle sloppy put together. read more

Bomb food but you'll be waiting a minute if you stand in line. Drive thru takes priority.

I have always eaten @ McDonalds,Burger King& sometimes Wendy's, but never @ Checkers. I have been here now 8 times in the last 2 months and all meals were hot and fresh, and taken and served with a smile. Great to see. Sorry you other 3 food has always been hot & tasty here unlike yours. As the ad says move over you 3. read more

if this is store number 6260, than I have a bad review, on July 27th 2009, check no. 30030, rung up by a Micheal G. and I'm assuming her ID# PS329, this is info I pulled off my hubbys lunch ticket, he was served a very raw chicken sandwich, he got the double deal also a sprite and a small order of fries, and as he was driving, he took 2 bites, before actually looking at the sandwich, and it was raw, I mean raw, no toher words can explain this!!I still have this sandwhich, we live in flagler beach, and for an $8.30 Tab, it's not worth going the whole way back to this restaurant, but, if my hubby gets sick, he's in his 60's, I will be coming back to this restaurant with my attorney!! thank god he only took 2 bites before he realized this wasn't cooked chicken, It did have a light coating of breading on it, but no way was it ever cooked longer than a minute or two at the most. It was raw chicken, still reddish pink raw meat. I just can't get over this!!! What maroon does the cooking in your restaurant! read more

Where to start? The food here is hit-or-miss Checker burger is hot 1 out of 10 times. Service is slow, they are always understaffed comma and you never know when the ice cream or milk shake machine is not going to be working. Huge disappointment. Although most of the staff is friendly coming through the drive-thru, that doesn't make up for cold or lukewarm food. Incorrect orders are also common, Checkers needs to upgrade their speaker system to an actual headset rather than those ridiculous old school speaker boxes read more
