I was told that I pulled up to the wrong parking location that for app orders I am supposed to park at the designated spot for app orders (the spaces without the screens After I hung up with the rude kid who answered the phone, I decided to cancel my order because obviously they knew I was at the stall, I had checked in, & they had purposely not filled my order & not answered my red button. I called back & spoke to the same kid who said his name is George & he is the manager. I left him know that I wanted to cancel my order. He rudely says that I need to cancel my order on the app to receive my refund. I go back on the app & there is no way to cancel the order On the app. I had to google a customer service number & call. I waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone & spent 10 minutes going over the details of what happened to receive my refund. I will never order at Sonic again. My bill was only $2.39 & I had to go through all of this simply because the staff at this location were mad that I didn't use the correct parking spot & they intentioned ignored my order.
