Unfortunately, I was so disappointed and unsatisfied with my take-out order from this Firehouse Subs that I can't give more than one star. I believe another sandwich seller would be better. First, they were "out of stock" for the tuna salad sub, which I ordered through the mobile app. This forced me to hastily pick another sandwich upon arrival. I should have just declined to do that. The second sandwich that was ordered, in the same mobile app order, was received. Upon arrival at home to eat, it was discovered that this sandwich was completely wrong. One would wonder if it was someone else's order altogether! My husband had to drive back to the store and show the employee a screenshot of the actual order versus the actual incorrect sandwich. This wax the worth fire house sub I ever had. I get the same thing every time at any locations between Marietta Georgia and Ormond Beach area. Sub was saggy. Too much juice in the meat. No taste. It fell apart when I pick it up to eat it. Spicy Cajun chicken sub is my favorite. My friend gets the Italian sub always. read more

Smokehouse beer and cheddar brisket on wheat bread! I wasn't sure how it would be. They have great sandwiches here and I could have ordered anything that tastes good. We stopped at this firehouse subs while on a road trip that took us up I-95. The interior was clean, the cashier was friendly, all in all you could do worse. But the sandwiches took a while to arrive at our table. For fast food, be aware that you won't get in and out in less than 45 minutes. Also, I ordered a veggie sub with basically all the veggies in the place, but they forgot the lettuce and tomato. Still a tasty sandwich but I was kind of surprised- and of course in too much of a hurry to go back and ask them to change it. They seemed a little frazzled (though it was a weekday and not extremely busy) and I overheard one of the cooks asking another customer what he had ordered, and this guy had been there just as long as us! read more

I typically prefer Firehouse over the other sub restaurants. Twice in the last 2weeks I've ordered from the one off of SR44 in New Smyrna Beach and the one off the Speedway in Daytona Beach. Both sandwiches were not good. To add to my experience the staff were unhappy and unfriendly, which could point at very bad management. It's sad to see some of my favorite places go under as a result of the our new world since COVID started. read more

Love Firehouse. Much better than Subway. The meats are fresher and tastier. The place is always clean and so are the bathrooms. Their New York Steamer is top of the line. They should go back to providing 10 or more hot sauces, but other than that it's a great place and the management is superb. read more

Being from California, it's a little strange to accept the fact that Floridians aren't much yelpers - which is unfortunate for businesses. And though I really do not yelp much, I felt Firehouse Subs definitely deserves a yelp. Apparently this chain is prevalent in Florida, but sparse anywhere else. Unfortunately, there are no Firehouse Subs in California either, which is sad because the quality of these subs would probably make Firehouse Subs do business better than places like Subway or Quiznos that are in every city in Cali. I had low expectations for the subs at Firehouse Subs. I figured if I've had plenty of subs at Subway or Quiznos, these shouldn't be much different. Wrong. Definitive wrong. My first bite and I was blown away by the mouth-watering, savory flavors of a single sub. I had the NY steamer which contained corned beef brisket, pastrami, melted provolone, mustard, mayo, and Italian dressing. It was amazing. Every bite blasted with flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Trust me, I've had my fair shares of subs and even sandwiches. But Firehouse Subs takes the cake. Granted you can make your own personalized subs at places like Subway, but the variety of choices and great combinations at Firehouse Subs makes up for it. My favorite "chain" sandwich joint. Always at least above average. Had some slower service here, but everyone was friendly.

This location makes a great sandwich. We stopped here on our way to Disney for a quick meal and were definitely happy with what we got for our money. The sandwiches are made fresh and piled with meat and toppings to satisfy even the most picky eater. We ordered the Beef Brisket sandwich and the Italian Sandwich. Both sandwiches were big enough to have leftovers and were so good that we didn't want to put them down. They have the a coca cola freestyle machine that allows you to get almost any combination of drinks you can think of. The only downfall is that the location is incredibly small and not ideal for the amount of clientele that they were serving at lunch. We took our meals on the road instead of waiting for a spot to sit. For the location that this store is in it would be ideal for them to take up 2 storefronts instead of 1. Still a good location though. Stop and eat here if you can. EXCELLENT SANDWICHES! read more

Worst firehouse I've ever been to. Was not greeted upon entering, store was absolutely nasty, floor not swept, tables were dirty as well. One of the employees was literally walking around with no shoes on, only socks. The employee that placed my order had an airpod in her ear. You can always count on Firehouse Subs for a great sandwich! I been to several locations throughout the years and I don't believe I've ever had a bad sub at Firehouse. I was out of town and stopped by the location in Daytona Beach. I ordered the Engineer Sub Combo (This is a hot sub). The bread is always soft and fresh. The sub comes with turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and Swiss Cheese. The combination is awesome! Their cookies are also soft and delicious. read more
