This is fine because they will give me what I'm missing but it happens time and time again. Attention to detail because let's face it, if you do this to every drive through customer you're losing a lot of time having to give them what they've asked for. Not to mention it's happened to us so often (every time) that I now check for my food, and dig deep looking for the sauces. Also I never get napkins! A drive through should distribute napkins. I would like to add we really only come here late (munchie meal anyone?) So maybe my drive through experience is based on only particular staff that work those hours.
