He told us he was new, so he threw me off of my "dealing with car salesman" game. Jacob is one of the main reasons we decided to buy a car here. He was very helpful. Asking questions from anyone around him and getting us the answers that we needed. We decided to build a new JCW All4 Mini Clubman. We got a good price and we were able to trade in our B6 Alpina BMW and got the best trade in amount of all of the places we checked. Jacob called and emailed every week to let us know the status of her build. We knew what stage the car was at all along the way. Surprise, she arrived a week earlier than expected. Jacob called us to tell us she was ready, we could come and get her today! But we were waiting on the cable guy, which turned into a six hour ordeal. They stayed late for us! We got there at closing time, before staying in close phone contact, and they told us to come on and get her! We were so excited! Three months later, brings us to today! Our Mini came in and she is BEAUTIFUL! This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever experienced. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Mini to go in and ask for Jacob. Management was also helpful by staying late. Thank you Jacob and the whole Mini team!

I also asked them to attach the skid plate and change the fluids. They had my car all day with no phone call. At 4 pm, I called and was told they only had one person who could do inspections and he was at another location, but everything else was done. Fine. I left it overnight again. The next day, still no phone call. At 2 pm, I called to check in. They told me the inspection still wasn't done because the guy was still at the other site. I calmly asked if they had called him to let him know my car was waiting. The response I got was, "You can come pick up your car!" I was stunned. I said I never said I needed the car! I was simply wondering why it was taking two days. This experience felt incredibly unprofessional. No communication, no urgency, and an attitude on top of it. And here's the kicker: I paid $65 for them to "attach" the skid plate. I drove home (two miles away) and immediately heard it dragging. I called them, and they said, "You need a new skid plate!" That may be true, but I should be refunded because whatever they did clearly didn't hold. I took pictures of their so-called repair: two zip ties. That's right! $65 for two zip ties that didn't even last two miles. They had my car for two days, with a lift, full view, tools, and my money, and this was the result. On top of that, the attitude I received was unbelievable. Buyer beware Especially women beware!

Honestly, all of Mazda felt like you're one of the pals, just visiting for a chat that conveniently slides some new keys your way . Once we arrived, we were able to browse the lot without being hounded by a salesperson, which is refreshing since no one wants to be roped into a sale when they're still browsing options. Upon entering the building, you're quickly greeted and introduced to all the right people so you know who you'll be working with during each step of the process. Trading in is super easy and I noticed they CARE! Last time, I traded a vehicle to a competitor, they did the quickest glance of the physical condition and gave me a price. Mazda actually reviewed the vehicle in its entirety which is a plus because it shows they value incoming used vehicles so you, as the purchaser, won't have to worry about picking up a beater .
