Absolutely love this shop, I bring all my cars here and I haven't had a single issue. They get a little busy but are quick when you get in

Jason was the tech who handled the inspection; he saw nothing wrong and stated as such when he handed me my keys.

Originally took my car to a different shop on someone's recommendation. That shop told me they…read morecouldn't see me today, so after a little research I found Precise Auto Care. Upon pulling into the lot (around 830am), I was immediately greeted by a technician walking out to diagnose another car. John, behind the desk, told me that my brake job would be one of the first cars in and my car was on the lift lift within 10 minutes. They still offered me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in the lobby though. I waited in the lobby, which was clean, had water, and coffee available as well. While I was waiting, I had multiple interactions with the front employees, the technicians, and John, who is in the process of becoming the owner. They all made me feel welcome and I enjoyed the time sitting in the waiting room. John was a very genuine man as well, and I felt that I was treated fairly, and also saw that he seemed to care about and treat his employees fair as well. The pricing was exactly what I was expecting for quality work, and he didn't hesitate to offer military, and loyalty discounts to customers that came in. Absolutely recommend coming here and this will be my first (and only) stop for any maintenance that I don't do on any of my automobiles.

Disappointing Customer Service at This Firestone Location…read moreI've been a loyal Firestone customer for a while now and have two vehicles with lifetime alignments at this shop. I was even planning to add a third, but after my most recent experience, I'm seriously reconsidering. Brought my car in because it had a shake at highway speeds even after getting the tires balanced somewhere else a couple of months ago. I made an appointment, explained the issue in detail, and even provided a printed summary of what had been done before, the symptoms, and a note about removing the wheel lock nut by hand (per manufacturer recommendations). Instead of appreciating the info, the front desk rep was short, dismissive, and condescending--not the first time I've dealt with that attitude here. After drop-off, a different employee called me and was actually helpful. He explained that the previous shop had overweighted my tires and that a proper rebalance should fix the issue. Seemed like a reasonable explanation, so I was hopeful. After driving it for a few days, though, the shake was still there, just slightly improved. I've mentioned road force balancing (RFB) to this shop before and was argued down and told that Firestone "doesn't offer that service anywhere." Knowing that wasn't true, I called another Firestone location nearby--and what do you know? They confirmed they DO offer RFB and even apologized that I had been misinformed. The Real Issue? Bad Customer Service The actual work at this shop isn't the problem--it's the way customers are treated. Instead of actually listening, the front desk rep acted like he knew everything and dismissed valid concerns. If he had just taken a second to check instead of shutting me down, I wouldn't have wasted money on a standard balance when I could have gotten the right service in the first place. Final Thoughts I've spent good money at Firestone and was planning to purchase another lifetime alignment. But dealing with this kind of attitude makes it hard to want to keep giving them business. If management actually cares about keeping customers, they need to address the customer service at the front desk because this kind of treatment is exactly why people take their money elsewhere.

Car's Masters Good…read moreafternoon everyone! My name is Ben, as of today May 5th, 2025 at 4:23pm I went to the shop and asked what will they do to compensate me for paying $2,500 because I have taken my vehicle to TOYOTA dealership to have my transmission flush and change and an oil change and they saw that the ENGINE REAR MAIN SEAL HAS A LEAK. I have never had a problem about any leaks under the hood, engine or transmission of my vehicle before. I have just purchased the vehicle last November, 2024. My cousin owned a business who works for the dealerships in Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach as an Interior and exterior of used or new cars cosmetics. If there's a leak or problem. I would have saw it before from being parked on a parking space. I brought it to them to have my transmission flushed and changed and an oil changed. They have over filled the oil in my transmission. COMMON SENSE, WHAT WILL HAPPENED TO A CAR WHEN YOU OVER FILLED OIL THE TRANSMISSION??? I will let you guys think and decide. AND IF YOU SHOULD BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. I will post some proof and evidence that I am not making any story about it. I wish I can upload a video also. With that being said. You will be the judge of all photos I am going post here. This is the CAR'S MASTERS in LITTLE CREEK NORFOLK VIRGINIA who have done worked on my vehicle and cost a high dollar damage that will not take responsible for it. I even told the Manager Amanda, If there was leak they should have not done any work on my vehicle. WHY THEY DID NOT INFORM ME? Basically, theres no leak. They have over filled oil the transmission that cause that leak on a engine rear main seal. She said, the girl who assist me got fired. I think, she should get fired also and the Mechanic. That is Negligent for what they did to my car. I told Amanda that I will file a lawsuit and she responded with 'Well, the boss of the shop is a lawyer'. To me, is that a threat? So, even If I bother filing a lawsuit I will not win the case? So, I would like for everyone to know that this what happened of my vehicle and the situation that I was in with this shop. You all can decide if you should bring your vehicle to them and experience it on your own. GOD IS ALWAYS WATCHING! What you did to me CAR'S MASTERS, KARMA IS REAL! God blessed everyone!

When for a vehicle inspection and they "failed" me for brakes and my license plate light. Then when…read moreI went back to the report to re-inspect after taking it to my own mechanic closer to home it said fail was only on license plate light....sketchy. Be wary of predatory shops who want to fail you based on your gender...pink tax Edit & update: my official state inspection only failed on my license plate, light which I replaced, and have chosen to get my vehicle re-inspected after having my brakes done by a reputable mechanic that I personally know. I am not going to rescind my negative review of this business, because when I checked my official state inspection, it passed brakes after being informed that my brakes were in need of, but still within the guidelines of being able to pass the state inspection minimum. It is a very serious alligation to imply that someone needs to have more substantial work done on their vehicle then is required by law and my state inspection will be completed by someone closer to my home and not by someone right outside of a military installation. I was recommended a significant 38 items to be inspected and or repaired, including why my washer fluid was low to the tune of a $280 diagnostic fee to determine why my washer fluid was low in my vehicle. To me, those seem like predatory practices by a business.

I agree with the "Jack Ass Auto Repair" comment…read more Brought in my mom's car to get it checked and every time I would call in for an update he told me oh I will have a price for you on Monday after the electrician looks at it. Didn't tell me the price or anything for me to approve it. I did not consent to anything being done and then he expected me to take $245 to release the vehicle. I asked him for an itemized receipt and he couldn't even do that so he sat at his computer and typed up a receipt that still doesn't show an itemization of what was done. Was also telling me that the part for my car is on a national back order but at this point, I really don't believe anything that comes out of his mouth. He actually confessed to never calling me or giving me a price and still is not giving me my mom's vehicle. Wants me to pay money even though he never asked for approval and give me a price for the guy he had come out. Yeah no. This guy is terrible. If you get him upset or confront him he gets very loud and starts throwing his arms around. Watch out. The way he speaks to women and raises his voice should tell you everything you need to know about him.

My 2004 Chevy…read moreExpress was having "major" vibration issues above 40mph(leading up to this, I also noticed I had a slow power steering fluid leak)! Jack's found that Rack & Pinion needed to be replaced. Additionally, the following items needed to be replaced: Ball Joint -Lower, Shock/Strut -Front/Rear, Tie Rod End, Upper Ctrl Arm, and Sway Bar Link! FYI I knew these items were in need of repair before Jack's told me. I was hoping these items would survive through the summer. overall $1400 in Parts, $1800 in total labor. I consider this a fair price especially after watching a youtube video on everything involved in the rack and pinion Removal/replacement. I recommend these folks.
