    I was originally supposed to go to the oil change place across the street. No one was there so I saw Jiffy lube was empty across the street so I headed over. The people were nice fast. However, I question the job they did if they can't vacuum my car and said it was completed. They said they inflated tires to pressure they were the same pressure before I came in. I don't actually think they did anything they did anything except change the oil and brake fluid. They offered to change out two new tires, but I have a hard time trusting people who say they did things and didn't do them. Changes are they didn't refill on he windshield wiper fluid either. Honestly it pains me that I have gone to other Jiffy lubes and never had this issue. Despite the fast service and very nice associates, if you don't take pride in your work when it's not busy, I have had a hard time going back.

    I don't give out 5 stars often, but they really impressed me here. I did a bad thing and read their reviews before I got there. My expectations were so low, but I am elated that they changed my opinion. I got there at 730a and pulled up to the open bay. The store didn't open until a little after 8, but the supervisor/ manager on duty came right out and said "I will get you in, as soon as the rest of my crew arrives." I thought that was extremely thoughtful. They asked me to pull into the bat at 813a. I got out and filled in my info in the pc. This is something I prefer over dictating to them how to spell my name and what my address is. It was convenient for me. He explained the price for the service I wanted, and i mentioned to him that I had a Groupon. He went on to explain that my vehicle took more than what the Groupon was for and explained the additional charges thereafter. I sat down in the waiting room and was asked to come up and pay about 820a. Very quick and very efficient, especially when it came to the Groupon part. I sat again and at 837a, I was told the truck was ready and waiting outside. I was extremely pleased at how fast they were. Not to mention, it came with vacuuming as well. Good job Jiffy Lube!

    15 minute oil change turned into an hour. Pretty much all that needs to be said. Employees didn't seem to care.

    Came for a quick oil change. If you all dont take cars for oil changes past 4:30 it would make sense to put a sign up stating that.

The next day, still no phone call. At 2 pm, I called to check in. They told me the inspection still wasn't done because the guy was still at the other site. I calmly asked if they had called him to let him know my car was waiting. The response I got was, "You can come pick up your car!" I was stunned. I said I never said I needed the car! I was simply wondering why it was taking two days. This experience felt incredibly unprofessional. No communication, no urgency, and an attitude on top of it. And here's the kicker: I paid $65 for them to "attach" the skid plate. I drove home (two miles away) and immediately heard it dragging. I called them, and they said, "You need a new skid plate!" That may be true, but I should be refunded because whatever they did clearly didn't hold. I took pictures of their so-called repair: two zip ties. That's right! $65 for two zip ties that didn't even last two miles. They had my car for two days, with a lift, full view, tools, and my money, and this was the result. On top of that, the attitude I received was unbelievable. Buyer beware Especially women beware!

Amazingly I found this highly rated mechanic who not only was within AAA's 5 mile tow limit, but who could help me out at 1pm on a Friday! While I waited for the tow truck they ordered the parts and got ready for my arrival. I was quoted 4-5 hours for the job and was so grateful for the comfortable couch and large TV w Netflix to spend the time relaxing after a very busy trip. They were totally fine with my dog hanging out with me as well which was nice to not have to stress about. The AC was nice and cool on a 90° day. The guys were all very friendly and helpful. I am so lucky to have found them!! Because I'm super picky about who works on my car, I took it in to my mechanic when I got home just to be sure all was well (I discovered that my horn didn't work on the way home, but other than that the car ran as if nothing ever happened). My mechanic said everything was good except there were 2 other harnesses that were not connected (I didn't find out what they were). All in all I feel so lucky to have ended up in A&M's shop, I felt very well taken care of and for a good price. THANK YOU GUYS!! I really dont know what I would have done without you! It's not often you can be grateful for such a crappie circumstance, but you made that happen for me. I can't say enough good things about my experience. This could have been a total nightmare.

Visit #1: The dude doing my oil change seemed to think he was auditioning for The Bachelor. The minute I mentioned I could change my own air filters, he was all, "So... do you have a boyfriend?" Like, bro, what? Are you here to service my car or apply for the position? He did chill out when I said no, but the whole interaction had big "creepy Tinder date" vibes. Visit #2: This was the real pièce de résistance. I showed up slightly overdue for my oil change, and instead of a simple, "Hey, try to come sooner next time," I got verbally annihilated. The guy was sooo mad, slamming tools around like he was auditioning for a WWE match. Then when I asked about using a coupon (because, duh, who doesn't love saving money?), he basically growled, "Absolutely NOT." Okay, Scrooge. But wait, it gets better. I paid in cash, thinking it'd be easier (mistake #1). This dude LOST it--slamming register drawers like the cash personally offended him, muttering God-knows-what under his breath, and then storming off to another register to finish the transaction. When he handed me my change, I swear he was two seconds away from yeeting it at my forehead. Finally, I asked him to reset my oil change indicator (a very normal request, mind you), and he straight-up ignored me like I'd just asked for a kidney. Instead, he gave me a dead-eyed "we're done here" and ushered me out like I was some ex he'd been forced to see at Thanksgiving dinner. Moral of the story?     Disappointing Customer Service at This Firestone Location…read moreI've been a loyal Firestone customer for a while now and have two vehicles with lifetime alignments at this shop. I was even planning to add a third, but after my most recent experience, I'm seriously reconsidering. Brought my car in because it had a shake at highway speeds even after getting the tires balanced somewhere else a couple of months ago. I made an appointment, explained the issue in detail, and even provided a printed summary of what had been done before, the symptoms, and a note about removing the wheel lock nut by hand (per manufacturer recommendations). Instead of appreciating the info, the front desk rep was short, dismissive, and condescending--not the first time I've dealt with that attitude here. After drop-off, a different employee called me and was actually helpful. He explained that the previous shop had overweighted my tires and that a proper rebalance should fix the issue. Seemed like a reasonable explanation, so I was hopeful. After driving it for a few days, though, the shake was still there, just slightly improved. I've mentioned road force balancing (RFB) to this shop before and was argued down and told that Firestone "doesn't offer that service anywhere." Knowing that wasn't true, I called another Firestone location nearby--and what do you know? They confirmed they DO offer RFB and even apologized that I had been misinformed. The Real Issue? Bad Customer Service The actual work at this shop isn't the problem--it's the way customers are treated. Instead of actually listening, the front desk rep acted like he knew everything and dismissed valid concerns. If he had just taken a second to check instead of shutting me down, I wouldn't have wasted money on a standard balance when I could have gotten the right service in the first place. Final Thoughts I've spent good money at Firestone and was planning to purchase another lifetime alignment. But dealing with this kind of attitude makes it hard to want to keep giving them business. If management actually cares about keeping customers, they need to address the customer service at the front desk because this kind of treatment is exactly why people take their money elsewhere.

They truly do not care about their customers or their work whatsoever. When you say you have availability for alignment and then call 5 minutes later saying you don't do alignments on Sunday it leads to a lot of frustration. Furthermore the last time I actually did get an alignment here my boot twisted not even 5 miles down the road and my control and my lower ball joint blew up. These were all brand new parts that were professionally installed beforehand which leads me to believe that this shop is the reasoning for that happening. This all happened a day before I was set to go on a cross country road trip as well so my frustration was insurmountable. Throw your money away or take it to another shop because these techs truly do not care. I've had nothing but bad experience with them. Even the front desk is rude and condescending. This place needs a tire choice internal review because associating the brand with this place is like associating a brand new donut with a half eaten one.
