Maybe the rest of the staff is better but she was definitely not. I came to get some money refunded from western Union, she just looked up the code and told me she couldn't find it and to go call western Union, I did and went back in and she still couldn't find it and told me to call again. I asked if there was anything else they could do to help me out or if there's a manager, she was quick to tell me she was an assistant manager, she brought Martha and she kindly told me sometimes it takes 15min for the money to transfer. That was more than enough help and so simple yet the assistant manager was quick to get rid of me. She should get retrained in customer service and patience.
