I had some fraud issues pretty serious. I will tell you that I've made more trips into that bank to talk to the personal banker to help me solve all these issues. She was absolutely of no help actually made things worse so she ended up closing all my accounts and re-issuing me new cards debit cards for those accounts, of course that gave me a lot of work to do to change all my auto pays and so on and so forth well then couple days ago I had to go in there for another issue regarding the fraud. She really didn't know what she was doing. She kept making phone calls never really gotten an answer for me so she called over her. Her manager who was the rudest condescending individual I have ever met. She kept talking down to me and I just told her she needs to treat me with respect because I am the client She really never did solve my problem because I got so upset. I said I'm leaving so I did I left went into Walgreens to use my new debit card. It was not accepted. The account was closed, so I went back to the bank, went into the managers office and said what gives you the right to close my new account for no apparent reason, what gives you that right Anyway she said well. The only thing I can do for you is issue you a new card which meant I had to go through the whole process again of changing off my account I truly believe in my heart that that is illegal to close down someone's personal debit card for no apparent reason so I will no longer be going into that branch when I get my wits together, I will be changing into another bank, but right now I need to decompress from all the trauma of all this going on stuff just want you people to be aware that not everybody at your bank is your best interest so just be safe.     I was in from out of town helping to get my mom's house ready to sell and came across a piggy bank…read morewith lots of coins. I took this up to the counter inside Chase Bank and Nicole was so kind and explained that they no longer have a coin counting machine. They could accept rolled coins in the paper sleeves. She asked if I had some of those coin rollers and I did not. She so kindly gave me an assortment of all denominations of coin rollers. I got to work rolling coins that evening and went back the following morning and Melissa assisted me at the counter. I was able to make the deposit into mom's account because I am listed on it. I again thanked Nicole for her help the previous day. I just appreciated the excellent customer service and kindness that I received from Nicole and Melissa as well. They were both very friendly and professional explaining how I could accomplish my goal of getting those coins deposited. Thanks for a great banking experience!

    I had a United Explorer credit card for many many years. Whenever we rented cars we used it and…read morethen declined the rental car insurance. We had one incident years ago in Europe and the Chase credit card took care of us and paid the damage in full. In June of 2024 we were in Sweden and our luggage was stolen out of the rental car. We had the car locked , but no damage to the car that we could see. We didn't discover that the bags were missing till we got to a hotel that night and opened up the hatch to get the bags. When we called and made the police report they said thieves can do this. Chase Personal Protection told me we had up to $10,000 coverage. When I put the claim in all I got was one excuse after another why they wouldn't pay on the claim. They were terrible about calling me back when they said they would. I have another credit card through Chase and I am going to call Southwest Airlines to try to get a new card through a different bank. I called and cancelled this United card because of this terrible service. Chase should be ashamed of their customer service and I will give bad reviews whenever I can.
