As that's not usually the norm of this place. -3 STARS FOR THEIR USUAL SERVICE!!!!!!! Crappy attitudes, slow service, long lines is what I usually get here. We can't do this, we can't do that. Is their favorite line as well. I honestly avoid this place and go to Maywood on 17th where they actually like to work, but they're closed on Sunday's so I had to come here.

I need to do simple notary and I had as ID my passport card issued by US government but there's no signature on it and she told me it's not and my identification . (WHAT?????? I travel with it )and she will not be able to notarize it she claimed that she was over 30 years in the notary business and it must have a signature which is NOT true . even on the form which I needed for notary says " A clear photocopy of the front back and front identification " (nothing about signature) at the end of the story drove 3 miles to the UPS store and got it done immediately with no problem. Business owner please do not hire idiots unprofessional ,not knowledgeable you will be losing your business!!!!!
