I have been sending $100.00 each month to the same individual for several years. In December, I…read moresent $100.00 and the receiver was not able pick it up at the same location. The store told him that they had the money buy due to a malfunction they were unable to release. I called Western Union and they said the receiver had picked up the money the next day and they had proof of his signature. I spoke to the receiver and he denied the pick up. I called Wester Union again and they gave me a case number and to wait 20 days. I called after 20 days and they said the same that the receiver had picked up the money the next day after sent. Finally today 30 days after sending the money I received a letter from them stating that they had received the money back and will return to me. In my opinion and experience Western Union is dishonest and unreliable.

I finally decided to give the store another chance for my business and went in on Monday. One of the girls that has helped me in the past was there with her beautiful smile as well as a new girl. Both were cheerful and pleasant . Now that the other manager is gone, I will definitely be coming back again.
