I paid over $300 for my taxes with no property attached . Recently they canceled my appointment without my knowledge due to me not sending docs knowing I was out of town. They wanted to charge me a $50 rebooking fee. Then hung up on me when I tried to explain the issue . Ben refused to speak to me even though I had been a consistent client . I don't think this company cares about the clients but more of the money that is coming in. Very disappointing and upsetting. Knowing that tax season is very stressful to some who have to pay the IRS they should have more customer service manners . Do better! I am sure they will respond with a negative. But that's ok. so went in with my ex employers check I had only had the check for about a month. they said that…read morethe check wasn't any good because it had a few tares and it wasnt in perfect condition. that I would need the employer to reissue the check. so I decided to go to their other location in corona, they were going to cash it for me with no problems. when they entered the check number into their system it had been red flagged. so now it postpones myself from getting my bills that need to be paid on time. both the teller and her supervisor denied me from cashing my check i had all forms of ID they didn't have any reason to not cash it.
