After giving him the address I waited 4+ HOURS, finally after 11 PM I called them and told them to cancel the tow truck. Instead of simply admitting they mismanaged their time and couldn't handle their workload, they strung me along for the entire day. From 9:30 A.M. until 3:30 P.M., I kept receiving tracking updates claiming they were "30-120 minutes away." That was a lie repeated for over six hours. They never contacted me once to say there was a problem. My insurance company had to chase them down repeatedly, and each time they fed the same "30 minutes away" excuse. By 3:30 P.M., when my insurer called for the umpteenth time, they didn't even bother to explain -- they just stopped answering the phone entirely. No call, no message, no accountability. My insurance company ultimately had to request a different tow company because these guys simply disappeared. This is shockingly unprofessional behavior for a business that people are supposed to be able to rely on during stressful situations. If they couldn't do the tow, the bare minimum would have been to say so. Instead, they wasted an entire day with false updates and zero communication. Easily the most poorly run business I've encountered in a long time. I would not recommend them to anyone. If zero stars was an option, I would give them that.
