All Magic was indeed ALL MAGIC! My brother was stuck on the West Side Highway for over 3 hours. His phone died but he called another towing company (wish I knew the name smh) that left him out there! The owner Moses truly went above for me when he came to tow my car out of the NYC impound. The city had messed up my car pretty bad after making me wait hours while to get my car. The owner Moses waited patiently with me the entire time and after he towed me to where I needed to go he helped fix and jumpstart my car because he didn't want to leave me alone at the gas station. Because of him I was able to finally drive my car out of the city and back home to ct. His price was beyond reasonable and I gave him an extra 20$ but would truly have given him more if I had it in that moment. Without him I surely would not have made it home. I'm so very grateful I called this towing service and fortunate that it was him and not anyone else helping me. His services in my opinion come highly recommended! We are a trucking company out of Iowa and occasionally need assistance with getting our product out of the trailer and onto the ground for the customer. Also with delivering in the New York City area our rigs are too big to get close enough to the customer. They are always on time, have all the equipment we need to get our coolers off safely in the streets of down town have never had any damage. Unlike other towing companies on an early Sunday Morning, All Magic Towing was open and available to provide emergency roadside assistance at a reasonable price. Moses is an expert at what he does and, not only did he tow my dead car back home, he went above and beyond the call of duty by breathing new life into my dead battery and then suggesting I drive around (without turning off the car) for a period of about 45 minutes to get the battery charge up. I followed his instructions and when I finally got home and turned off my car, I was able to start it without issue. Of course, I will be following up with taking my car in to be properly diagnosed, but I am grateful for Moses, his cheerful disposition, and awesome advise. Thank you Moses!! Moses is my hero! My Subaru's battery died, and their roadside assistance program called two other companies before they got to All Magic. Both companies ended up cancelling because they simply didn't know how to get my car out of a basement garage. A lot of waiting around and rudeness and general confusion and frustration. Best experience ever with a towing company. Our car broke down inside a parking garage near Times Square and 53rd. It was stuck in one of the auto lifts. Moses came to our rescue at 4am. Not only did he help us push our car out of the lift and out of the garage he worked on it for an hour to try and get it started. He was able to get the car running! No tow needed!
