I was referred to Rhinelander Auto by my insurance company and was pleasantly surprised by the reception received, ease in receiving an estimate and flexibility in coordinating the repair. Less than a week later, I was again, pleasantly surprised with the outcome. My Jeep was not only fully repaired, but was made to look brand new. I fell in love with my Jeep all over again!!! Miquel was very knowledgeable and has great rapport! I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle's repair!!! I highly recommend Rhinelander for any and all vehicle repairs!!! read more

On 3/21, I got into a minor accident due to my car not being able to brake properly in the snow. Ended up hitting a parked car and filing a claim with my insurance company. As this was my first time, I was pretty stressed out especially because people kept coming up me during the accident to advertise their shop. Obviously this raised some trust issues. And then I remembered Rhinelander Auto Body. We had a family car's rear bumper painted before and remembered how quality the work is. Called an hour after the accident and Miguel, one of the managers, told me to come in. Stayed past closing time to help me out. Was told not to worry and that everything would be taken care of. And it was ! 1 week later, (yes, only took 9 days!) my car was back to normal. As an owner of a BMW, I'm very skeptical taking my car to body shops and mechanics due to it being a European car. However I had nothing to worry about. The owner, Pat, greeted me on the day of pickup and was so confident in his teams work that he said to come back if there's ever an issue with his work, guaranteed. As you can see from my pictures, it's almost as if the accident didn't happen! Will be coming here more often. Can't go wrong with Rhinelander. They've been around for almost 80+ years and owner Patrick's rule for the last 35 ( I checked ! ) Highly recommended and if you're going anywhere else you're not treating your car right. read more

Molding on side of my car was bent, and it interfered with opening passenger seat unless I opened the front door first. Although it seemed like a small issue, the bent on the molding kept getting worse since I couldn't always warn people about opening the rear door. I found this body shop on Yelp, and it had the highest review. Pat diagnosed and gave me an estimate on Wednesday, and I had a brand new molding replacing the old one by Monday, and he also flattened out the front molding that was slightly bent as well. Excellent service overall. I am thankful, and I will return if I need anything else fixed. read more

I have been to Rhinelander after a car accident and I had other places that quoted me ridiculous prices and I wasn't sure of their reputation. I took my car to Rhinelander after previous experience through car insurance. I did not have full coverage this time and was apprehensive of my options. I called Rhinelander and they gave me an accurate quote and stuck to it. My car was fully repaired, with attention to minor detailed. The head mechanic Miguel was excellent and very personable. I am very appreciative to the mechanics that took detail attention to my car. My car looks and drives better than it did prior to the accident. I am thank for the owner Patrick and his outstanding staff. read more

My father bought in a car to get some things customized. Cut the long story short; a cd case packed with music and some other CDs were stolen from the car. The cameras don't work in the business and the worker that must likely took them won't confess. So there's no way to get my CDs back; keep all your things no matter how small out of the car when you get serviced! read more

I brought my car in to get my bumper and trunk replaced in late August. These guys did a fantastic job from start to finish. On the first day, I dropped off my car with Santiago. He was very customer friendly, easy going and assured me that all will be fine with the vehicle. Patrick, the owner, 100% guaranteed the work done and gave me full confidence that everything will be taken care of. Lastly, Miguel (manager) was very cooperative, attentive and assisted to all of my needs. I even had my car polished when it was ready to be picked up. One thing they pride here at Rhinelander is customer service, and of course, the results of their work which is top notch. If you're leery, skeptical or untrustworthy about going to get your car done at a body shop, I recommend you pay a visit to Rhinelander Auto Body! read more

Don't bother taking your car anywhere else. I took my 2013 Toyota Highlander for an estimate on some front fender damage. I was met by Miguel (manager) who was very polite and professional. He was very straight forward and honest regarding how much I would pay. After agreeing with the price, I dropped off my car on a Tuesday and Miguel promised it would be ready for pick up on Friday. True to his word, I picked up my car that Friday and barely recognized it. It looked like a brand new car, nicely polished and the guys cleaned the inside better than I ever could. I am a returning customer at Rhinelander. This is only possible if you are completely satisfied with the services received the first time around which I definitely was. I was referred to them by my car insurance company and could not be happier with the repairs made on both of my vehicles. Not only were they prompt and efficient with their work but they were extremely helpful with the entire process of the claim from the estimates to the car rentals. I am extremely happy about their job and am thankful to have such a reliable and responsible source to go to whenever I need anything fixed or done on my car. The staff there is very nice and helpful and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable about leaving your car behind with them. The owner Pat is an excellent leader, he reassures you that everything will be alright and usually takes all necessary matters into his own hands which is very important and considerate. This auto body shop is the best in its class and I will continue to do business with them whenever necessary. Jennifer E. read more

Yesterday morning, after I went to drive my car out of the Bronx, I noticed some metal hanging at the bottom. After doing some research I realized it was my heat panel hanging down. I just needed someone to remove the panel so that I can bring it to my personal mechanic. When I walked into the shop Pat was very helpful in getting my car fixed quickly, he told me he would look under to make sure it was the heat panel and if it was he would just remove it. Ten minutes passed and Pat walked in carrying the panel. When it was time to pay he told me it would be $45.31!! I told him I think that's a bit much to charge for removing a panel which was already half way off but he refused to charge less. As a female driver who is new to servicing a car, I felt like I was taken full advantage of. Other mechanics who I spoke to after the emergency said I should've never had to pay more than $20. Everyone just be ready with appropriate pricing before entering this shop. read more
