Our 2022 F-250 Superduty was torn up by 117mph winds in Wasilla. The passenger door was flung open…read moreand folded all the way to the front fender. As if that weren't enough, the truck was rock sprayed everywhere, breaking light lenses and trim pieces. There's more: the Thurs before the storm, a driver of a Subaru driving way too fast on ice and snow slid into the back of our truck as my wife slowed to make a turn. Crystal, our Chaz appraiser, was amazing at gathering all the damage for the insurance company to review. USAA said that she is one the best that they work with. Our truck was reworked to showroom condition. New door installed + alot of sheet metal reworked and replaced. The truck was repainted on site in the middle of an Alaska winter. All turned out amazing. Thank you folks for a great job. Will certainly recommend

Complete incompetence, from estimate through repairs... including the absolute worst customer…read moreservice that I have experienced from any business. Due to the subpar estimate of the damages, the correct parts weren't ordered. The vehicle was with them for a month for a single panel with a dent. When repairs were completed, one of their technicians drove over our car key shattering it. McKenzie told us that we needed to bring another key immediately because they couldn't move the car and continue to work on other cars. She called shattering our key "a little hiccup", and said that although they agreed to pay for the key replacement, that I would need to bring it to the Anchorage dealership to have a new key programmed. I called the Anchorage dealership to make an appointment, and they said they could not schedule an appointment until the replacement key was ordered and paid for. The Anchorage dealership also said that the car would need to be with them 'all day'. Because we live in Wasilla, this would be a huge inconvenience that required two people from our family to drive to Anchorage and take the time of two people and gas for two vehicles. I don't consider this "a little hiccup" as McKinzie joked about. THEN, the worst part... when I called her back to let her know I had to pay for the key in advance before scheduling the appointment and asked how to get reimbursed, she LITERALLY scolded me like I was a child saying "We can't reimburse you! I didn't tell you that you could pay for the key. I need to do it because they give us a corporate discount". In summary, I understand the delays in getting the bodywork done. This is Alaska and things take longer than expected sometimes. I also understand that they shattered our key. It was an accident, accidents happen. The only thing that made me furious beyond believe was how McKenzie joked about this whole ordeal, calling it a little hiccup, and then scolded me when I paid for the key so that we could make the appointment to repair what they damaged. Her complete lack of regard for the time and effort it looks that it was going to take from me to fix something that they damaged during repairs I'm so upset. Her complete lack of professionalism when she scolded me for trying to get the repair scheduled speak volumes about their inability for basic customer service. I don't think that McKenzie should have any job where she interacts with the public on a professional basis.
