Classic Collision - Broken window switch from paint guy

Trina is a wonderful person, first off. But how my truck was handled by others was completely…read moreunacceptable. The person who does their paint damaged the inside of my truck, along with leaving garbage inside my truck(tape and a grey scour sponge). They dug and pried at the window button on the driver side rear door and completely snapped the brackets that hold it and dug huge holes into it. Classic collision fixed that. Then after they fixed that a new dent showed up in the corner panel that they just fixed, no scratches, no paint transfer. In a place that car doors can't reach. Then upon further inspection there is debris in the paint job. 2023 Ford Maverick. It's new and shouldn't be treated this way. I have waited MANY years for a new car. This is mine and they treated it like crap.

After a minor fender bender my wife got into our car got taken to classic collision for repair, the…read moreturn around time for what minor damage there was was almost comical but the car looked pretty good, after a few months I decided it's time to replace the brakes but when I got to the wheel they replaced I found that the lug nuts had be over torqued to an extreme, after ruining my lug nuts trying to take the tire off I called classic collision and was told the tech torqued them to spec but couldn't tell me what "spec" was and said the "tech" mentioned the lug nuts were already damaged, but I find it hard to believe this guy remembered what my specific lug nuts looked like after 3 plus months with no notes to refer back too. Anna, the the miserable woman who I had the unfortunate luck of speaking with over the phone was rude the entire time and never once even humored me and offered to take a look at it she began to tell me about her "years of experience in the tire industry" which apparently gives you the ability to diagnose an issue over the phone. If you can avoid this company, do. Very unprofessional and the staff is laughable at best, been waiting for a call from the "regional manager" for about 4 days, if I could give 0 stars I would again avoid going to this "business" if you can

STAY AWAY! I would give them no stars but yelp made me pick at least one. Took my van in to get…read moredetailed, it was dirty I admit, however I was willing to pay. When I got there to pick it up, after they called and told me it was clean, it was still being cleaned when I showed up. It had already been there almost two full days. I could clearly see that the sides of the van on the inside had not even been wiped down, trash was still in the back pockets of seats, cup holders had dirt and food in them. Stow and go clearly could have used a better vscume job. It was still wet inside and water spots were clearly visible from the shampoo job. The owner was very disrespectful, he told me my van was just old and something's just don't come clean. Although when I got home, my bottle of 409 and a paper towel did the job. He also said the only ones who you can pay to do this job are teens and sometimes they don't do a good job!!!! Yet he thought I should pay full price. Moreover, as a women he made me feel very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable I just wanted to pay and get out of there. I argued about the price which was $250, I finally left after paying $150. Only because I wanted my keys and wanted to get the hell out of there. The list can go on and on, oh and one more thing I wanted to use my credit card for the purchase to get air miles but when told it was done they only except cash or credit. However when I showed up he was clearly using a machine....so sketchy. I will never go back.

Complete incompetence, from estimate through repairs... including the absolute worst customer…read moreservice that I have experienced from any business. Due to the subpar estimate of the damages, the correct parts weren't ordered. The vehicle was with them for a month for a single panel with a dent. When repairs were completed, one of their technicians drove over our car key shattering it. McKenzie told us that we needed to bring another key immediately because they couldn't move the car and continue to work on other cars. She called shattering our key "a little hiccup", and said that although they agreed to pay for the key replacement, that I would need to bring it to the Anchorage dealership to have a new key programmed. I called the Anchorage dealership to make an appointment, and they said they could not schedule an appointment until the replacement key was ordered and paid for. The Anchorage dealership also said that the car would need to be with them 'all day'. Because we live in Wasilla, this would be a huge inconvenience that required two people from our family to drive to Anchorage and take the time of two people and gas for two vehicles. I don't consider this "a little hiccup" as McKinzie joked about. THEN, the worst part... when I called her back to let her know I had to pay for the key in advance before scheduling the appointment and asked how to get reimbursed, she LITERALLY scolded me like I was a child saying "We can't reimburse you! I didn't tell you that you could pay for the key. I need to do it because they give us a corporate discount". In summary, I understand the delays in getting the bodywork done. This is Alaska and things take longer than expected sometimes. I also understand that they shattered our key. It was an accident, accidents happen. The only thing that made me furious beyond believe was how McKenzie joked about this whole ordeal, calling it a little hiccup, and then scolded me when I paid for the key so that we could make the appointment to repair what they damaged. Her complete lack of regard for the time and effort it looks that it was going to take from me to fix something that they damaged during repairs I'm so upset. Her complete lack of professionalism when she scolded me for trying to get the repair scheduled speak volumes about their inability for basic customer service. I don't think that McKenzie should have any job where she interacts with the public on a professional basis.
