It was my mistake for not asking while ordering, but the employees were very nice and understanding. They removed the foam for me quickly and with no trouble. For this location, there was only one time they ran out of boba and had to substitute with another topping... this was frustrating because seriously, how you gonna run out of boba?! Come on!
