In summary - expect damage, delays, and no accountability…read more Extremely bad experience, which is a shame since I liked the owner during our initial conversation and had lots of confidence going into this. The videos attached here, but to describe the event: A careless dumpster pickup caused significant damage to my driveway, despite me following the exact advice from the company and providing four 3' length of 2x6. I would have happily provided longer lengths if that was suggested, but I assumed the company would know best about their processes (my mistake). So when being picked up, the dumpster, weighing several hundred pounds itself plus almost two additional tons of junk, was rolled off of the support wood pieces, crashing onto the driveway, and then dragged along its metal wheels for another 5-6 feet. The crashing noise onto my driveway was deafening and created damage that the owner acknowledged to see. For what it's worth, the individual who placed the dumpster did an incredible job of maneuvering the container back and forth to ease it down carefully onto the wood pieces (how I'm assuming they're trained to do), which I appreciated and was impressed by. However, the latter individual couldn't be bothered to spend 2 extra minutes for the customer's sake. I brought this up to the owner immediately as it occurred, to which I received no response and was ignored. Exactly 29 days after the dumpster was picked up, yes, twenty-nine days later, I receive an additional credit card charge from Rhino and email saying 'sorry this took so long, but your dumpster was overweight by X amount, so we billed you extra'. I'm aware of the overage charges and okay to pay them, but was surprised to see this coming in so late after the pickup (and that I was off the "ignore" list!) I used the opportunity to follow-up about the damage, providing videos and questioning whether this is his fault (wrong suggestion for wood boards) or the drivers (carelessness), to which I got a "this just happens sometimes". I provided him the quotes I'd received for driveway repair companies for the damages, offering the opportunity to make this situation right, to which, you guessed it - I was ignored again! So, overall, this whole experience lacked professionalism and accountability in every regard and caused more frustration than whatever garbage I was throwing away could amount to.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected to Jennifer, who finalized my order--but in hindsight, that should have been my first warning sign. I had multiple locations that require dumpster services, but I refuse to give business to a company that treats its customers so poorly. I was not informed of a key policy upfront, yet when I called for pickup, I was told I had been--which was simply not true. Gina later called to confirm they would pick up the dumpster the same day, which I appreciated. However, during that call, she asked me to take down my review because it was making the company "look bad." She also insisted that no one had been rude to me because she had listened to the calls. When I expressed that this was a dismissive response, she replied, "Well, there's no pleasing you." This showed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Fortunately, I did not overfill the dumpster, but I do think they need to revise their guidelines on how much a 10-yard dumpster can realistically hold--it's very misleading. The one bright spot was Vito, who handled both the delivery and pickup. He was polite, answered all of my questions, and even apologized for the poor communication from the office staff. While I won't be using this company again, I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to customer service. In today's world, a little kindness and respect go a long way--you never know what someone might be going through. I'm just one customer among thousands, but I hope my experience prompts some needed change.

Delivery and pickup were as scheduled with heads up as driver got closer to address. However, they did a bait and switch on pricing. This size dumpster is rated for 3000-4000 lbs. We loaded it up about 1/4 full with old tile and materials then threw cardboard and paper from packaging on top to about half way. We later got a call that it was over THEIR 2000 lb limit and charged 20% more. Bottom line is that they are no real deal and priced about the same as everyone else so don't get sucked in based on price. They are competent as long as you know going in that they don't really have lower prices. The approach bothers me so I won't use them again. I can get a bigger dumpster for the same price from my local township.

One of the partners came out to the house to give me a quote which was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received. He was professional, compassionate, and courteous and even gave me helpful advice on how to save some money on completing the clean up. It took them half a day to perform the clean up which consisted of 3 floors of trash and heavy broken furniture! The dumpsters were removed the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as they have exceeded my expectations. I am a very satisfied customer!!

They missed a few pick ups too- tried to say it was construction waste when it was *clearly* in white household garbage bags. We gave them grace but then they expected us to go pick up the garbage can ourselves. They were never going to deliver a new can to us. The reps we dealt with were rude and cut us off mid sentence. Loyalty means nothing to this company. We found another disposal service that is 1,000,000 times better. B'water Disposal promised us a refund in 30 days for the unused prepaid service- more than 30 days have passed and we have not yet received a refund. We filed a claim with the BBB and got an email with excuses and a promise of a refund. Still haven't received it. This company is not customer focused and they are full of excuses. Don't bother unless you like to fight to get what you paid for.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I only gave this a one star because I couldn't give it a…read morezero!!! Avoid this company at all costs! I had a terrible experience with them. Mike the owner came out and initially quoted a price of $400-$600 for the job and when they arrived they raised the price of the job to $1,000, which I was not happy about but agreed to. They only had room for some of my items since they came with the truck already half full and they said I would have call and schedule another pickup for the rest of the items. After they finished loading the items on the first day, they demanded that the job be paid in full for both pickups before they left. After I paid the $1,000 and scheduled a second pickup, different workers came and insisted on an additional $650 after all the items were already loaded onto the truck. When I refused to pay more since this was the third time they were now trying to change the price, they dumped everything in my driveway. They have a shady practice of loading trucks loosely, sending different workers, and trying to extract more money, even after you've paid in full. Beware!
