AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I only gave this a one star because I couldn't give it a…read morezero!!! Avoid this company at all costs! I had a terrible experience with them. Mike the owner came out and initially quoted a price of $400-$600 for the job and when they arrived they raised the price of the job to $1,000, which I was not happy about but agreed to. They only had room for some of my items since they came with the truck already half full and they said I would have call and schedule another pickup for the rest of the items. After they finished loading the items on the first day, they demanded that the job be paid in full for both pickups before they left. After I paid the $1,000 and scheduled a second pickup, different workers came and insisted on an additional $650 after all the items were already loaded onto the truck. When I refused to pay more since this was the third time they were now trying to change the price, they dumped everything in my driveway. They have a shady practice of loading trucks loosely, sending different workers, and trying to extract more money, even after you've paid in full. Beware!

As I was trying to move out of my house and needing garbage picked up they refused to do the final pick up saying they "heard" I was moving. No one should be able to cancel an account except the account owner. I contacted them they said they would fix it and never did. It was very inapporopriate, disappointing and unprofesssional.

They missed a few pick ups too- tried to say it was construction waste when it was *clearly* in white household garbage bags. We gave them grace but then they expected us to go pick up the garbage can ourselves. They were never going to deliver a new can to us. The reps we dealt with were rude and cut us off mid sentence. Loyalty means nothing to this company. We found another disposal service that is 1,000,000 times better. B'water Disposal promised us a refund in 30 days for the unused prepaid service- more than 30 days have passed and we have not yet received a refund. We filed a claim with the BBB and got an email with excuses and a promise of a refund. Still haven't received it. This company is not customer focused and they are full of excuses. Don't bother unless you like to fight to get what you paid for.

They also offered convenient payment options, and their estimate was the most affordable and reasonable out of all the companies that responded. Guy and Miguel arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the job quickly and effortlessly. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical after seeing one negative review, but I'm glad I took the chance and chose this company. My experience was completely positive. I believe that when expectations are clearly communicated from the beginning, it helps everything go smoothly. I would absolutely use them again for any future moving or junk-removal projects. Thank you, Guy and Miguel!

BEWARE! My experience was extremely disappointing…read more I originally contacted this company for a junk removal job. I was initially quoted $500, and after several text exchanges, we agreed on $425. Before scheduling, I specifically asked him to come to my property to provide an accurate estimate. He declined and replied, "I wouldn't want to come unless I could do the work right then and there. If I could do it for $425, could we do the job tomorrow late morning?" Based on that conversation, I agreed. When he arrived, he immediately said the job was much larger than he anticipated and that it would cost an additional $200. I agreed to pay the original $425 that day and discuss the remaining $200 later. He asked if I would be home while the work was being done. I had planned to be there, but I was unexpectedly called into work. I texted him to let him know I wouldn't be home and told him I would send payment once the job was complete. Later, he sent me photos indicating the job had been finished. Trusting those photos, I immediately sent the agreed $425. When I later checked the property, I discovered the trash had not been removed. After I confronted him, he claimed the debris had been "re-dumped" onto my property because I supposedly hadn't paid--even though I had already sent the payment shortly after receiving the completion photos. He then charged me a $250 "re-dump" fee, offered to refund only $175, or said he would complete the job only if I paid the additional $200 he requested plus the $250 re-dump fee. That brought the total from our agreed price of $425 to $875. I feel the pricing changed repeatedly, the work I paid for was not completed as represented, and I was left feeling misled. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get a written, on-site estimate, keep all communications in writing, and do not pay until you have personally verified that the job has been completed.
