I was charged $16.31 for a shot of Don Julio Blanco, which is priced at $13

I've been to this bar multiple times within the last 10 years, but never had an experience like this... as I approach the bar to order a drink this big sloppy heavyset guy looks at me dead in my eyes and rolls his eyes.. after about five minutes of me standing there waiting to order a drink. I raise my hand up and yelled. Hello can I order a drink.. the big sloppy guy comes over and looks at me and says what do you want? I said I want some tequila. How much are your margaritas? He doesn't know the prices of any of the drinks. I asked about the menu he said that was the day menu... I said OK well, can you tell me how much a margarita Don Julio Blanco would be, he makes the drink comes back and says $16.31, I provided him a payment and then immediately asked him how much of a difference it would be for just a shot of Don Julio instead.. he responded and said $13 but still took my payment and charge me for the $16.31 even after he gave me the dirty shot glass . Then he walks off, but I'm still waiting there. I over again and said hello. I'm still here. Then ask is there remaining funds going to go back to my card he said no because he already poured the alcohol. I explained to him that I never accepted the margarita. I'm not satisfied with it. I want a shot instead. He gives the receipt in the pen and walks away. I took a picture of the receipt and did not sign it. I get to my associates as I am putting my mouth on the shot glass. I feel something odd on my lips. I look down. It is a stain on the rim of the glass exactly where I put my lips on to take a shot. I'm completely disgusted at this point. but I let that go, until the sloppy Big guy walks over to me and my associates in a very aggressive manner, shoves the receipt with the pen and says I still need you to sign this. I asked him to back away from me because he is being aggressive, and I asked to speak to a manager. He ignored my request then I asked again. He said the Manager went outside. I responded and said well let's go get him. I go by the front door and I noticed a white guys walks in.. I said are you the manager, sir? He yells, why!! I was completely shocked as to why is the responding like this? I stopped and said, are you OK? I don't want any confusion. I'm just looking for the manager, he automatically comes off very combative and extremely aggressive. I said I just want to talk to a manager about the experience that I'm having. Long story short I wasn't even able to express my concerns to the manager, who stated that he owned the establishment. Instead of him, hearing me out and providing customer service. He decided to hear what he wanted to hear.( maybe because he was under the influence of some sort of substance.) for an example when I explain that the other bartender approached me in an aggressive manner., he automatically reacted and yelled at me asking are you calling me, aggressive.. I said whoa I never said that, I see this conversation isn't going anywhere so I'm just going to leave.. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BAR.. It's always some drama anyway, if it's not getting shot up then it's drunk men following you home.. smh it's always something.. the bartenders really don't care about getting you so intoxicated to a point where you blackout, and drive under the influence. I remember the last couple times I was in there. I had to tell the bartender to stop serving this one guy or call him a lyft.. but the bartender just wanted the money. If that white guy is the owner, then I will NEVER come back EVER AGAIN !! But I highly doubt if that is the owner.. lol

The beard to look for in case you don't want to risk a roofie or being treated like an 18 year old sneaking in for a drink.

The security guy was terrible! Shaved/bald with a red beard. The woman's bathroom is a single and locks. Came in and 5 to 10 minutes later it was "still in use" my guy friends went to help guard them men's for me. Changed my mind and came back out. Then a guy and girl came out of the womans.... the security guy came over and was very rude to me about thinking I could use the men's but when told a man came out of the woman's and gave him the description of him to keep an eye out he said "I don't care" so if she'd been roofied and pulled in there then taken home he wouldn't have noticed or cared. And treated me like a belligerent drunk though I'd only had 3 drinks since 6pm (this happened at 11:20pm) Guuuurl, I have work in the morning. If you think I'm trying to have a two day hangover, I'm hitting my 30s, you're the drunk one. The bartender was great though! Bummer horrible security ruined it! Until they go with a different team I wouldn't recommend it.

Went into chasers to celebrate my birthday on 3/21/2015 with a few buddies and had a very unpleasant experience with Jeff the resident dj and a unknown co worker of his. They told me I wrote a bad review on" Yelp" Got in my face so I exited the bar to be attacked in the parking lot with a couple of sucker punches by the duo, resulting in several stitches and cuts on my lip, 1 staple on the back of my head, a fractured nose and soreness.. Around 1245-100 I was brought by ambulance to mercy San Juan medical center and filed a police report after receiving painful stitches and staples as a result of the unprofessional staff of chasers. This bar can get extremely violent, with outta control staff/DJ's and patrons. And will be following up on perusing charges and civil suit to follow, atrocious!

They do not serve food but it looks like they do have food vendors come, the one there that night was not good. What she called tacos was not. It was a mini quesadilla with the meat sprinkled on top, not even inside and it was insanely salty. The biggest turn off for me tho was the ginormous cockroach I almost picked up thinking it was dart tip.

After enjoying glasses of chardonnay at nearby Luna Lounge (please reference my review if…read moreinterested), my wife and I headed to The Blind Pig to enjoy a few cocktails. Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly bartender by the name of Ronny. Our first round consisted of two dirty martinis (my new drink of choice), which Ronny put his fist (that's a good thing) into making. One of the things that I love about dive bars is the various demographics that usually frequent them (along with their interesting conversations). For our second round we ordered a "Manmosa (yes I know that sounds ridiculously machismo in 2024)" that Ronny insisted on putting a fruity spin on. Not only were we thankful for his suggestion, but his version was GOOD! In real dive bar-like fashion, Ronny provided us both with an extra cup to house the remainder of the Manmosa that could not fit into our glasses (another dive bar perk). As we sat at the bar, my wife and chatted while lightly watching the movie Step Brothers on one of the televisions. Although it was a fairly slow Saturday afternoon, I can imagine that this place gets pretty lively in the latter part of the night though. We observed lots of seating, games, and an area for karaoke (toasted karaoke is the best!). I highly recommend The Blind Pig if you're looking to have deliciously strong drinks at a price that won't have you waking up the next morning rethinking the decisions that you made the previous night!

We kind of just stumbled upon it and said why not?! It's kind of small inside but the staff was pleasant and there was plenty of seating for us. The menu had a great variety. The bacon wrapped jalepenos were sooooo good. They were big and juicy too. I wasn't originally going to get anything crazy but saw they offered a jalepeno carnitas burger! What?! How unique. Had to get it. Gotta say folks, it did not disappoint. It was delicious!!! All of this is to say I am so happy we stumbled upon this place and will definitely be back!

We ordered some chicken tenders and small house salad to share as appetizers. The tenders were really good. The house salad was very fresh and crisp. It was a great preview to just how good the food we ordered would get. We both ordered cheeseburgers and french fries. Which was simply epic. The burgers were full of great flavor. The patties were juicy, and all the whole burger was a 5 star combo of flavor. The fries were also really good. Then we got to try their house made bbq sauce and it was great. It was so good I had to add some to my burger to take that already great burger to a top shelf burger. I truly plan to be back again. We want to try the pizza, but their burgers, fries and chicken tenders are really elite.
