Staff upfront was super nice and the facility looked spotless. The receptionist told me which playroom they were putting him in so that I could watch him on camera. I ran a few errands and then came home and pulled up the camera. He was outside sitting in the corner near the fence, and occasionally, he would paw at the fence. When other dogs would come out, they were all well-behaved. - I believe this shows they do a good job of accepting well-mannered dogs so that the daycare is a safe place for their dogs. Unfortunately, none of the staff assigned to that room (At least the several times I watched) attempted to help integrate our dog with the pack. Staff working the room didn't appear to even acknowledge our dog whenever he was in the video frame. After about 3 hours of this, I called and asked to pick him up. I had high hopes for sending our dog there on a regular basis, but it doesn't appear the staff paid much attention during the meet & greet.

The prices for services are great, too. Hope to be coming here for a long time.

My wife and I boarded our two Maltese dogs here from May 31 to June 7, 2026…read more Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We left 16 packets of Cesar wet dog food along with both written and verbal instructions that each dog was to receive one packet per day. We provided 2 packets for immediate feeding and 14 additional packets for the rest of the stay. When we picked up our dogs, we were given 11 packets back. That means only 5 packets were used during an 8-day stay, despite our clear feeding instructions. We were also given back 100% of the dog treats we had left for them. In addition, we provided enough heart medication for our female dog, who has a heart murmur, to cover the entire boarding period. The night before pickup, we received a call stating they had run out of her medication. However, when we picked up our dogs, we were given 4 pills back. This raises serious concerns about whether her medication was administered properly and consistently. My wife called to discuss these issues with management and spoke with Wynona. Rather than addressing our concerns, she felt talked over and dismissed. For nearly $600 in boarding fees, we expected our dogs' feeding and medication instructions to be followed carefully. Instead, the response we received felt indifferent and lacked accountability. It's especially disappointing because we've had positive experiences here in the past. The groomers do a great job, but we've also experienced delays in being notified when grooming appointments were complete, sometimes waiting hours before receiving a pickup call. Based on this experience, we will not be returning for boarding services, and we are considering other options for grooming as well. I will also be contacting corporate regarding these concerns.

To make matters worse, she overcharged me by $100 for the pack. The only silver lining is that I was able to negotiate a partial refund. The whole experience soured me on Pam 4 Paws.

We purchased her puppy package for in-home training sessions with our French Bulldog, Greta. Not only did Pam teach us how to interact with her, but Greta LOVED her and learned so much from her visits. At only four months, Greta is now potty trained, comes on command, sits on command, gives, 'hi-fives,' is crate trained, started to learn how to go on walks with a harness, knows command, 'up,' and 'off,' can fetch, and we learned how to calm her when she gets over stimulated. She even began some skateboarding with her! Of course we have to put in the work to continue to in grain these things in a puppy, but I can't even begin to convey the wealth of knowledge Pam imparted on us, so that we could acclimate more into puppy life and so Greta fit into ours. Pam teaches the human as well as the dog giving you a wealth of information, going above and beyond so that you know why a dog does the things they do, how to manage the behavior, and how the dog will absorb the training. She eased my worries and I was pleasantly surprised how expertly she worked with little ones. I can't recommend her services enough.

He's become a sleepy old man who doesn't need that anymore, but we did need a one-night stay handled. Dog Pawz was good overall. The staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. I called vs booked online in order to avoid any confusion and I like that there wasn't a super strict drop-off or pick-up time. Our weekend was unique in that we had no idea how the schedule would play out (selling our house) and this was a nice perk. During Covid times, they came out to the car to leash him up and take him in. I checked in a few times on their webcam, and I don't know if they can get out from their contract with whoever provides it, but I'd recommend it. It's spotty at best, and difficult to navigate. We gave up because it didn't work. I did notice my little guy sleeping on the floor in the late evening, and we had requested a private room for him which he never received. I wasn't too upset about it, but did mention it to the staff. The manager called quickly and was honest about things (biz picking up as Covid eases, they didn't have one available, and their staff is very new) which I understand. All in all, I liked this spot. I was a tiny bit frustrated that he wasn't able to get what we requested, but at the end of the day it was OK. Oh and I also added a bath for him for just $10 (maybe $15, can't recall) which was so worth it.

I mean how are dogs suppose to react with they aren't normally boarded like this. Our dogs are very social at the dog park and in general. My wife asked where they had been all day, and they said they had been separated but saw dogs in passing. Which made us think they had been in a kennel all day.
