This extends to ALL of the staff there, really, including the techs, the front office, everyone. The veterinarians give you all options and encourage you to do what is best for your pet, but also take into consideration your situation and what is reasonable for the human as well. No hard sells or guilt trips. They are always willing to take care of an animal in need, even in unexpected emergencies. I can't explain how good it is to know that your fur baby is being treated well and is being cared for by a staff that loves them (almost) as much as you do!

She is so kind to send you updates. She also watches their health very closely. Vega started to show signs of a hotspot and she immediately notified me and helped me get the proper care for him. I got back a puppy that was potty trained!!!!!! No accidents since he has been home. He also know Sit, Come, Down. We are working more on the leash. I had a surprise work trip this week. She was able to take Vega for those days and help me with keeping the leash training going. She is so accommodating and knowledgeable. This is the best investment I could have made!!!
