When I needed a veterinarian, I called Northland and I was told on an outgoing voicemail message that Barry Road was the new provider. I called Barry Road and made an appointment for my dog who had an abrasion and needed care. Without my authorization, they did a round of vaccinations and I incurred some other expenses without my prior knowledge or approval. My bill was well over $1200. They treated it like a first patient exam, without any confirmation that that was my request. The staff never introduced themselves and I could not tell who was the veterinarian and who was staff, and it was very awkward in the space. I did not feel like I was being listened to as the pet owner. I cannot recommend them.

Great place! They do everything here!…read more My wife and I found this place when we were moving to the area. We looked for a place where we could put our dog in daycare while we moved. They offered us a free day to try it out. We brought Obi in and they were wonderful. He had fun time and was happy but exhausted when we picked him up. They have web cameras in viewing their daycare rooms so you can check up on your furry children online. We have also brought Obi in to their vet here as well. They were very helpful and Obi is 100% and healthy thanks to them. We have brought Obi in here to groom him. The groomers were great and, since they got him all done before my wife was ready to pick him up, they put him in with the daycare group until my wife could come get him. You will need to schedule the grooming. They also provide boarding. We will use them for boarding when we plan to be away for a while. We haven't used this service yet. Daycare, Vet services, Grooming, and Boarding. They do it all! I appreciate all that they do and they are wonderful with our dog!

K9 Resorts was very highly rated, and fairly close to our house. Every time my dog comes home from daycare he is exhausted. I love that they have different levels of rooms, depending on what your dog needs or you want. I prefer to do the completely private room, even though my dog is small, to lessen the external noises he has to hear. Around Halloween they had "trick or treat" bags for the dogs by the front desk. Not only are both sitters, Emma and Christine, lovely people, they handled Edna in stride. They are awesome about sending texts after every visit and give me updates and details so it never feels like they're just checking a box. Christine has been our go-to and she's just awesome...noticing things like new food bowls and finding nice things to say about my salty Edna. I always look forward to her texts when I'm away. The owner, Jena responds to requests immediately (even when she's on vacation) and never has a problem with last-minute schedule changes.
