The wait is not nearly as long as other major banks and you are guaranteed to get the service you need. I especially appreciate the fact that they have drive-thru hours on Saturday. Had to drive off because I was about to be late for a meeting. Regions you've got to do better open up your lobby so people can come in and do banking like we're supposed too.
