They have way more security protection for their people I had fraud on my account and all they offer is to block the card which doesn't solve the problem once again I would highly not recommend this place. It used to be good back in the day but now it's gone to hell ,they don't care don't do business here. It will always be a one-way street.

On more than one occasion, employees have gone out of their way to assist me, rather than just doing the bare minimum. That level of personal attention is what sets this location apart and keeps me coming back. It feels less transactional and more like a place where they actually care about their members.

I never had any complaint on my banking services inside or outside tellers/staff. Everyone is very nice and co-operative. The place looks clean and fresh on my every visit. They have ample free car parking space in front of the bank. I would definitely recommend this branch if this one serves as your credit union bank.

The locations within a 100 mile radius are few and far between. And BOA has recently starting closing many branches too. Over 100 planned closures. Fast forward to the week of July 13th. I called on that day not the 14th. I asked if I could have at least until the end of July 30th because I have been diligently looking for work. I was told on July 13th that I would have to call on the 14th?? Even though I was calling a day ahead of the 14th...!!! Then the supervisor who took my call on the 13th (who I was talking to at this time) told me there were no notes saying that I had until the 17th of July- Even though "she was the one" that I spoke with on the 13th of July!!! I said, well I'm calling now which is the 13th. The manager told me no I could not have until the end of July. Then I asked could I have until the 17th of July so they would not auction or sell my car. I was told I had until the 17th of July. That was a "ball face lie" !!! I called in on the 17th of July to make my payment to get my car back. I was told that the car was sold on the 15th of July!!!! I said that I was mislead and I requested for the call to be pulled because it would prove and demonstrate that I was advised I had until the 17th of July. When I requested for the call to be pulled, I was not given a date when it would be pulled- even though I indicated it needed to be pulled today- right now!! I escalated my complaint up to the corporate office and I requested for the director to call me back "after" he had listened to the call. Not only did he not call me back- he had the store manager of my store, call me back-not him!! The based on what the "manger" told me- Either he didn't listen to the entire call or just played a portion of it thereby not being able to prove that I was advised that I had until the 17th of July to get that payment in!! The Director was too much of a coward to even call me back and allow "us" to listen to the call because that information was contained on the call about the July 17th 2026!! Don't do business with this company ever!!
