My granddaughter and I was at the dentist office here on mlk on August 28 her appointment was at…read more11:00 but I called and told them I would be 10 minutes late but they said her appointment would be rescheduled but the young lady came back to the phone and said can you bring her at 1pm I said yes mam I can we got there at 12:35 the doors was locked so there was 3 or 4 parents and about 8-10 kids they called to the back my granddaughter was back there 1 hour 20 minutes or longer my granddaughter who is 14 years old said the staff was talking about the kids who mouth the didn't want to work on them they were talking about there pregnant coworker my granddaughter told me this in the car but I went to the front desk and I asked how much longer was my granddaughter going to be in the back because the group of kids she went back have before I could get finish what I was saying another young lady sitting in the middle desk said it was a lot of kids in back I said my granddaughter was in the first batch she said your granddaughter appointment was at 2:20 I said no mam it was at 1pm rolled her neck and eyes but I wasn't talking to her so I said to another person that worked there can I speak to supervisor and she said that is the supervisor the young Allisa Collins who jumped in my conversation when I asked the lady at the front desk about how much longer was it going to be on my granddaughter because there were alot of other kids coming in and out and my granddaughter was still back there I posted a review the same day and I got no response but I looked at all the other reviews and the owner responded to those and not mines so this is my second review

Sometimes like during my walk today there are practices or classes that make it difficult to walk in peace but what can you do, it's their track lol. If you're looking to start working out and prefer not to spend money at the gym, or endure the awkwardness of "gym politics" then this is a great alternative.

This was my favorite indoor rink in Atlanta until they started raising their prices in the lounge. The lounge was important for those who don't skate and just want to vibe. Now they're charging a minimum of $75 to sit at the window side (which overlooks the skate floor). On top of that, they charge random fees in addition to taxes, and an additional 20% gratuity......then expect you to tip the host. And of course the skate fee can be as high as $25 to enter. As a regular customer I would have appreciated a heads up on these changes which keep occurring. I'm done skating here unless I'm just skating and not attending the lounge. Gonna miss this place.
