The wait is not nearly as long as other major banks and you are guaranteed to get the service you need. I especially appreciate the fact that they have drive-thru hours on Saturday. Bummers: Some negatives is the fact that there are not many locations located around metro Atlanta. However they do offer something that I believe is called Bank sharing where you can go to another credit union branch and have the same service rendered that you would at your home bank.

Recently, I went in to get a document notarized. I learned that members can get 12 items notarized in a year for free, and then pay a few dollars per item after that. The notary process was extremely quick. However, the representative I was working with made some suggestions about my account, and I decided to make a few changes while there based on her advice. I appreciate that the furniture in their waiting room is extremely comfortable, and that they provide a water station and a restroom in case anyone needs either.

There was an elderly man grabbing on the handle of the door. I looked and the entire staff team was standing in the vestibule. As the man WF staff opened the door one by one; lady, man and whomever walked passed the man with tight lips. I begin to sing no one's going to tell the man what time they close. Immediately, Nelson my usually professional respectful representative-yelled out " the time is on the door". I was appalled! Sir!! Yes it's Friday, yes your going home! But NO ONE out of about 7 people couldn't have kindly just say to the CUSTOMER-sorry Sir, we're closed and we close at 5pm???? No one! All you could do is sarcastically reply-the time is on the door! I shook my head and said!! Loud and proud-sorry sir they are closed and none of them had the decency to verbalize it! WElls! We got to do more training!
