Recently, I went in to get a document notarized. I learned that members can get 12 items notarized in a year for free, and then pay a few dollars per item after that. The notary process was extremely quick. However, the representative I was working with made some suggestions about my account, and I decided to make a few changes while there based on her advice. I appreciate that the furniture in their waiting room is extremely comfortable, and that they provide a water station and a restroom in case anyone needs either.

Meanwhile, we have storm damage to repair and we are out of our home. The service is UNBELIEVEABLY horrible. I am in shock. The last time we spoke To anyone on the phone I made them get a supervisor who finally told us that we could access the checks if we go into a branch which we had done already and have them call the risk department. We walked into Bank of America we went to the counter and the person behind the counter told us we could not do anything there. Fortunately I downloaded an app where I could RECORD phone conversations With the supervisor on the phone. As we were walking out we spoke to someone at the door who introduced us to Ramina. She politely took us into her Business Account office which we did not have and proceeded to help us call and sit on hold for 30 minutes until finally stepping away to then RUN back to the room when the risk department answered. She was polite, funny, and honest with us and told us she would get us the money no matter what. She finally told my girlfriend to come with her where they got the money. I can honestly say she went above and beyond. She helped us beyond anyone else and we need more employees like her. Out of her department, and with a closing account she still succeeded in getting us the money and doing it as I sat angry and very argumentative.
