Recently, I went in to get a document notarized. I learned that members can get 12 items notarized in a year for free, and then pay a few dollars per item after that. The notary process was extremely quick. However, the representative I was working with made some suggestions about my account, and I decided to make a few changes while there based on her advice. I appreciate that the furniture in their waiting room is extremely comfortable, and that they provide a water station and a restroom in case anyone needs either.

That issue took four months to resolve. Now they have had my insurance check for 7 days and when I called I was told it hasn't been processed yet which will take another 5 days. Meanwhile, we have storm damage to repair and we are out of our home. The service is UNBELIEVEABLY horrible. I am in shock. The staff at this location are very polite, quick and helpful. It is very clean and maintained with nice seating area. They do have ample free parking in from of the bank area. People please bank with Credit Unions. Delta Community Credit Union from their corporate to their tellers know how to treat their customers.
