When I found out I immediately made the payment. No one told me that there was a$10.00 late fee and this company reported me for being late making payments for 4 months to the credit bureau. Who would ruin their credit report for $10.00. This company has no empathy or sympathy for their customer. They could care less about ruining your credit report.
