Jeff, our loan officer, failed to catch the fact the we didn't qualify for our loan. He told us the…read moreday before closing that we didn't qualify. Later, he admitted that he knew we didn't qualify but thought things would "work themselves out". We lost $300 for the home inspection. We also invested a lot of time into searching and finding a home so that he can tell us that things weren't going to work out. We gave them all of our documents and papers MONTHS before and they took forever to get back to us (Jeff especially). Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
