A couple of days ago, I received a call from an agent (Ms. Lauren) stating that they quoted me a while back but have since received new rates that I may be interested in. And my goodness, was she right. The process was painless and the agent was very thorough walking me through the process and offering amazing discounts that I did not have with my previous carrier, saving me over $100 dollars a month. In addition, there was no down payment required, just the first month premium! In addition, she is working to help me get a better homeowners policy as my policy MORE than doubled after having filed a claim after over 15 years of coverage with my existing homeowner policy.
