We had a business account with them until they decided they didn't want us as a customer. Honestly them closing our account is the best thing that could have happened, as we were going to close it anyways. The frustration with this bank started when they placed checks, and I mean every single check we deposited, on hold. I understand checks being placed on hold to confirm funds, but the holds they place are for 10-15 business days. The last check we deposited, they placed on a 13 day hold, even though Wells Fargo, the bank listed on the check, confirmed funds were available. We went to the Chase branch and the manager got her feelings hurt, I guess because the following week she decided she was freezing our business checking account. We didn't even know until we went back up to the branch because the debit card started declining even with funds in the account. So to sum it up, the check that was on hold for 13 days, just became available today and I tried to transfer the money out since the account was getting closed. The manager proceeds to lock the online account access, to where we can't even log in and see the funds or transactions in our account anymore. We were told we will be mailed a check in 3 1/2 weeks. That means they won't even put the check in the mail until 10/24. If you like being able to access your money, do NOT use Chase!! SUPER unprofessional.

For 6 months I tried to jump through every hoop corporate legal wanted me to. He got sick and declined very quickly and the hospice team finally got me the letter I needed to jump through the last hoop. Then the legal team gave me 2 more forms to fill out and have him sign but by then it was too late. We could have filed that paperwork 6 months ago but for whatever reason there was no mention until then and we would have been covered. Now we have to probate the will at great cost just to do what the trust would have provided. I will never have an account with Wells Fargo or any other big bank for this reason. Very angry,frustrated and upset. The ladies at the local branch were fantastic but corporate legal sucks. Understand safety for accounts but when I have a book filled with everything signed and notarized that the extra paperwork would cover is redundant and ridiculous.

Minus one star for this. Other than that, when I did get seen the employee was very friendly and helped solve my problem. I've used this branch for normal bank transactions, both in the lobby and using the drive thru. The service is always good and the employees friendly. Overall, I'd highly recommend DCCU for all of your banking needs, but if you need to speak with someone, set it up at one of their smaller store front branches.

This is a long standing Regions branch that I have visited many times through out the years and…read morestill visit when in Newnan. It is located on Bullsboro Drive in the Kroger shopping center that sits at the corner of Greison Trail and Bullsboro. As mentioned, this location has been in operation for a long time and has the layout and building itself to prove it! It is a large 2 story bank with a fully open lobby where Banker's desks share the space with a waiting area, coffee station, deposit slip station and the teller counter. So, in short...it is time for a major face lift! Service here has always been decent. The staff are always friendly and helpful, but not always the most efficient as on average, I would say the usual wait time for this branch is slightly longer than I experience at others. Overall, I have been a loyal Regions customer for 15+ years and don't see that changing anytime soon. So, when in Newnan and the need arises, I will happily swing through this branch!

Publix uses Wells Fargo for payroll but Wells Fargo at Newnan Crossing would not cash his check since he was not a customer without taking $10 from him which was 1/3 of his check. Of course he walked out without cashing his check. When I called Wells Fargo to inquire about this the lady laughed and said "I just work here". I told my son to not to go back there.
