This company is garbage. They will give you a loan because they will charge a very high interest…read morerate. Most people that go to this kind of company are in a very desperate situation. I was one of those people. I paid them back by having my payment automatically taken from my bank account. When I was setting this payment method up it failed. When I found out I immediately made the payment. No one told me that there was a$10.00 late fee and this company reported me for being late making payments for 4 months to the credit bureau. Who would ruin their credit report for $10.00. This company has no empathy or sympathy for their customer. They could care less about ruining your credit report. I have paid them back and I don't have any thing good to say about them.

Fast forward to the week of July 13th. I called on that day not the 14th. I asked if I could have at least until the end of July 30th because I have been diligently looking for work. I was told on July 13th that I would have to call on the 14th?? Even though I was calling a day ahead of the 14th...!!! Then the supervisor who took my call on the 13th (who I was talking to at this time) told me there were no notes saying that I had until the 17th of July- Even though "she was the one" that I spoke with on the 13th of July!!! I said, well I'm calling now which is the 13th. The manager told me no I could not have until the end of July. Then I asked could I have until the 17th of July so they would not auction or sell my car. I was told I had until the 17th of July. That was a "ball face lie" !!! I called in on the 17th of July to make my payment to get my car back. I was told that the car was sold on the 15th of July!!!! I said that I was mislead and I requested for the call to be pulled because it would prove and demonstrate that I was advised I had until the 17th of July. When I requested for the call to be pulled, I was not given a date when it would be pulled- even though I indicated it needed to be pulled today- right now!! I escalated my complaint up to the corporate office and I requested for the director to call me back "after" he had listened to the call. Not only did he not call me back- he had the store manager of my store, call me back-not him!! The based on what the "manger" told me- Either he didn't listen to the entire call or just played a portion of it thereby not being able to prove that I was advised that I had until the 17th of July to get that payment in!! The Director was too much of a coward to even call me back and allow "us" to listen to the call because that information was contained on the call about the July 17th 2026!! Don't do business with this company ever!!

When I asked to switch to a video appointment (because the text message THEIR company sent me said it was easy to do so) the accountant Jean, that I've used for years, got on the phone with me and was equally as short and unaccommodating. Also responded to me like they have no control over what the text messages say. Also, making it clear she would prefer I just came in and not switch to a video appointment. (let me also add they have needed to reschedule my appointment twice on THEIR end, which I was happy to do) I said I didn't appreciate how short they both were, that I was shocked because they had been so nice in the past, and I said I would take my business elsewhere. I used to recommend this place to all of my clients, NEVER AGAIN

For me, it is based on one factor - authentic care for each person, no matter their needs. She has been there each and every day to answer questions, and ensure that I understand her recommendations and guidance. She is able to relate her knowledge in ways to help regardless of your financial literacy. With Melissa, I do not feel like just another account in her client book. She is patient and takes the time to understand me as a person and interpret that into solid financial advice. The level of care and attention didn't stop after I signed "on the dotted line." I'm an elementary school teacher who lives on a budget but wants to ensure that I am able to live the life I've dreamed of in retirement. Although I have always made pretty good decisions around money and budgeting, there is just so much that I didn't know. For something as important as retirement, 'pretty good' just wasn't good enough. I didn't feel fully equipped to make the right decisions. (I have never been good with numbers, and for this once-in-a-lifetime event I had to be sure that everything was perfect.) Melissa got to know me - my thoughts about money, my needs, my wants, ... my dreams - and delivered a tailored plan that is exactly what I need! It is not only understandable and easy to follow, but it shows me what my financial picture will look like next year, in 5 years, in 10 years, and onward. As outstanding as she is as a professional, I am most impressed with her "people skills". She is warm, engaging, and radiates a true sense of caring that is difficult to fake. She delivers information in a clear and compassionate way; she will not sugarcoat any difficult issues, but she will guide you through them. How rare to find such an outstanding business professional who is also a sincerely kind person! I have already paid her the biggest compliment that I can by referring my sister to her. Melissa George is simply the best at what she does!
