We received text reminder the day before and arrived on time for appointment. We saw the banker and walked up to say we have a scheduled appointment. The Banker immediately shunned us off and said go to the Teller. We waited in line for the Teller and she then asked us to have a seat. She walked to the Banker's desk and minutes later told us WE had cancelled our appt. We had to repeatedly explained we didn't cancel and then we verified by showing our texts. The Teller then said there must be a "glitch" in a system and there was no Banker there to provide service. Huh? Then why didn't you lead with that? Oh and who is that sitting at a Banker's desk? She did help us to reschedule but I clearly said please reschedule at a different branch. For having a one-month wait, magically we had a next day appointment at a different branch. The experience and customer service at the other branch was amazing after feeling horrible from the Jonesboro branch.

We had a low to no pressure walk around the lot and found the vehicle we wanted to purchase. The best part was they do not add in a bunch of dealer junk fees right at the closing table, YES!! NO DEALER FEES!! Everyone in the showroom was nice and friendly.
