A Wells Fargo employee stole money from our account who was involved in a mail fraud case cashing checks without showing ID. We had to sue and hire an attorney to get a refund. Wells Fargo has a history of unlawful business practices and have been prosecuted several times. If you want a Bank that is honest and with good customer service GO ELSEWHERE.

There are never enough tellers in any of the Bank of America branches. When I've asked about this…read moreproblem, I'm told the bank wants customers to use the ATMs for their banking needs. The branches only want to have two tellers per location. I've been in so many of their branches when I've needed to speak to a teller and there have been lines of ten to fifteen people waiting. In one branch, a lady starting screaming for a manager to notice the lines and do something about it!' What makes it worse is that while customers are waiting in line for service, there are five or six people sitting at desks working on their computers. Couldn't at least one of them stand up and actually start helping waiting customers? Or is that beneath them? I've been told, "that's the future of banking at Bank of America". I've told them that future will not include me as a customer. It's pretty pitiful.

They have updated the ATMs so you can get different denominations of bills, not just $20s which I think is cool. If you need to do business in the branch be prepared to wait, plan ahead.
